”Great location, beds were super comfortable and host was fantastic.”

”All rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a quiet and parking was very convenient. The only suggestion is that for individuals who are chemically sensitive the air plug ins that are used are overwhelming. If you unplug them the smell quickly dissipates. I would highly recommend this rental.”

”Beautiful home in a great location. Super host!”

”Beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. Great back yard. Will stay here again when back in the area.”

”It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!”

”Arrival was simple enough…park in the back of the unit where the garage door was, walk around the front to electronically key in and open the garage door to unload. The place was clean and spacious with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This is in the middle of a multi unit condo building which was relatively quiet and private. Omer was communicative and helpful.”

”Comfortable beds, great shower and air conditioner kept house very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the family room area with large couch and tv. Location was excellent……..20 minute to DC . House is showing its age and needs to have updates. Price was higher than it should be…….”

”Very nice property conveniently located for visiting Mount Vernon, DC, and Old Town Alexandria.”

”Our family had the best time in Alexandria and DC proper with The George as our homebase. Beds were very comfortable, living space and linens were all fresh and clean. The property is very close to a Safeway grocery store and with all the amenities The George offered we could easily prepare meals. The creative decor in shades of blue and coral, and special attention to detail all around the home, namely the hand painted mural in the living room, treated us all to an exceptional patriotic, DC...

”Clean room, host is easy to communicate with, spacious rooms, AC is working properly, beddings are clean. The only thing that I think would make a guest stay more comfortably is if a sink would be at the dining/kitchen near the fridge and cooking area rather than going thru the bedroom all the way to the bathroom to wash dishes and utensils. A kitchen knife would also be a practical addition to the utensils. Also, the other bedroom is only accessed thru the shared bathroom and if locked by the...

”The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

”We were happy with this property. The basics were good: large comfy beds, decent showers, good living room and dining area, good a/c (much appreciated in the summer heat), big yard (with antlered deer!) and attached small playground, kitchen with adequate utensils/dishes/pots, quiet street and area. The owner was pleasant and responsive. Some of the “touches” needed work: very small kitchen, refrigerator was in the entry room and leaked water periodically, LR rug was stained, inadequate...

”Overall, a very pleasant stay outside of a few issues related to check-in and check-in times. Min was very communicative and available when we reached out to her over text, but was lacking just a bit in person. Lastly, the property was not yet available at the check in time that was listed in the reservation information.”

”The kitchen area, dining room and living room are updated. The upstairs rooms and bathrooms are not. It is an old building and you can see that you are renovating the rooms one at a time.”

”The property is as advertised. Warm. Inviting and tastefully decorated. Every detail has been thought of and the hosts are extremely responsive. Fantastic location within 15 minutes of the capitol buildings and monuments. Will definitely stay again with my family when next we are in the area.”

”We utilize VRBO for our family travels! JP property was an exceptional host! He ensured that our experience was top notch. Over the top with all supplies needed for our family travels. We were a party of eight, parents and siblings!Enjoyed gathering together in this exceptional home after a full day of exploring Washington DC. Location was ideal. Will revisit again in future.”

”We enjoyed our stay at Great Falls Modern Escape. Only found dog poop in an upstairs closet. Noticed tiny ants especially in the kitchen. Everything else was great.”

”This was such a cute place to stay! It was perfect for my family and me. We drove some and used Uber when needed, which made getting around easy. Washington, D.C. is such a beautiful city with so many things to see and do. We hope to come back again someday. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish you all the best!”
