The Kofelau Studio in Oberammergau is the perfect addition to the main house or a cozy retreat for couples, solo travelers, and small families. Covering approximately 30 m², it combines natural materials, intelligent design, and high-quality furnishings to provide everything you need for a relaxing short break or an extended holiday.
The barrier-free studio features an open-plan living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen, including an induction cooktop, oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher, and premium cooking utensils. Even passionate home chefs will find everything they need to prepare delicious meals. The dining area offers beautiful views of the Laber mountain and the surrounding Alps, while the private terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine or unwind after a day of exploring.
A premium double bed made from fragrant cedar wood ensures a restful night's sleep, while the comfortable sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for one adult or two children. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the accommodation. For relaxing evenings, a Samsung 43-inch QLED Smart TV is provided.
Subject to availability, the studio can also be booked together with the main house. This creates additional space for larger groups or offers grandparents, friends, or family members a private retreat with a little more peace and independence.
Like the main house, the studio benefits from the exceptional location of Kofelau. Situated in a quiet area on the edge of Oberammergau, it is just a short walk from the village center, the Ammer River, and numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski tracks. The magnificent mountains of the Ammergau Alps Nature Park are right on your doorstep, making the studio an ideal base for hikers, cyclists, nature lovers, and anyone seeking relaxation.
Bicycles, e-bikes, skis, and other outdoor equipment can be stored safely in the lockable storage shed. Guests with electric vehicles can conveniently charge their cars at the 11 kW wallbox located in the carport, with payment available by credit card.
