When furnishing our houses, we place great emphasis on a harmonious, coordinated design, giving each house its own unique character with an individual theme. We want you to feel completely at home in our houses, which is why we are so committed to creating a well-designed space with attention to detail and comfortable amenities – we are sure you will be delighted with our "gem."

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable colonial-style sofa and a large dining table with room for the whole family (a highchair is also available for small children).

Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals during your stay (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a wide selection of dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and kitchenware).


On the ground floor, you will find a generously sized living and dining area with a comfortable colonial-style sofa and a large dining table with plenty of space for the whole family (a highchair is also provided for small children).

...``` From the living and dining area, you can look out into the garden and access the partially covered terrace, which is furnished with a barbecue and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for relaxation.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable 180x200 cm bed, bedside tables, and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The larger of the two bedrooms also features a pull-out bed with box spring mattresses, providing two additional comfortable sleeping spaces (90x200 cm when folded, or 180x200 cm when extended). A travel cot with a mattress is also available for small children.

Both the ground floor and the upper floor each have a bathroom with an integrated shower, allowing the whole family to enjoy stress-free morning and evening routines without long waits.
