Holiday home with 1 bedroom

Arrive and feel right at home!

Our 54 sq m guesthouse (built in 2016) is located in a quiet residential area of Oberhausen-Königshardt. The furnishings are modern and harmoniously coordinated. The living room is flooded with light thanks to a skylight and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden. In summer, the private terrace offers pleasant shade.

Ideal for 2 people (+ child). Discounts are available for longer stays. Just ask!

The sofa in the living area can be used as a daybed or an additional sleeping option.

The fully equipped kitchen in the living room features a large table with seating for four right by the window. It's also a great place to work or unroll your yoga mat for some relaxation.

The bright bedroom is spacious and offers plenty of room for your luggage. The bed is 1.60 m wide with a comfortable mattress.

The bathroom has a large shower and a window. Plenty of towels are provided.
