We offer a vacation rental for three to four people, with free parking, available for your vacation, a weekend getaway, or even a business trip. <br>Oberkotzau is a market town in the Upper Franconian district of Hof and is located in the surrounding area of the city of Hof. <br>The town of Oberkotzau is a great starting point for excursions to the Fichtelgebirge Mountains and the Franconian Forest, as well as to the city of Hof. <br>Visit the nearby Fernwehpark Oberkotzau, Lake Untreusee, or downtown Hof. <br>The Saale Cycle Route is perfect for walks or bike rides. <br><br>The vacation rental, approximately 65 square meters, can accommodate three to four people.<br>It features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, and much more). <br>A bedroom with three single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, as well as a closet. <br>The living room is perfect for cozy get-togethers around the dining table, which seats up to four people. Watching TV and browsing the internet via free Wi-Fi provide entertainment for young and old alike. <br>If four people are staying, the couch can be converted into a sleeper sofa. <br>The bathroom has a shower. <br>Use of a washing machine is available upon request. <br>Round out your day in the garden with a barbecue and comfortable seating. <br><br>Shopping options and a children’s playground are just a few minutes’ walk away. <br><br>Even though we love socializing and animals, our apartments are non-smoking and suitable for people with allergies.
