”This hotel really needs to fix their internet connection. I tried three various access points multiple times from multiple devices in three days, the result was really really lousy connection that was totally unusable for anything but reading basic email / simple webpage. Hotel exclaimed that this is the first time they see any problems in the internet and promised to look into the internet but the usual was done, meaning nothing. ”Luxurious and delightful property by the river, just across the bridge from old Heidelberg. We loved the beautiful decor, the robes and slippers, comfy bed, cozy sitting area, and plenty of books to read! The breakfast was next level- everything you could want after a morning hike up the schlangenweg or up to the Schloss. Or both. I recommend you do both, one at sunset and one at sunrise 🌄🌅 the TV didn't work so well, but ee didn't care because Heidelberg is entertaining enough!”

”My only struggle was showing up later than expected and not being able to contact the emergency number due to my phone, but I got it figured out and everyone was kind and approachable. I stayed in a single room, which worked for me, but I would definitely look at the larger rooms if I was with my wife and/or family. ”

”Siisti perushotelli. Vanhahtava sisustus mutta kaikki ehjää ja toimivaa. Sänky ja tyyny olisivat voineet olla vähän pehmeämpiä. Kadulta kuului illalla ja yöllä jonkin verran ääniä. Perustasoinen hyvä aamupala. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja mukavaa. Wifi ei toiminut kovin hyvin perimmäisessä huoneessa. Hyvä sijainti ja uloskäynti suoraan pääkävelykadulle, nähtävyydet, kaupat yms. lähellä. Ei erityistä loistoa, mutta hyvä hinta/laatu-suhde.”

”Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück mehr als ausreichend. Für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Vom Hotel aus, mit Bus oder Auto alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen. Preis Leistung überzeugt. Für einen erneuten kurz Trip nach Heidelberg gerne wieder.”
