”We stayed at Gasthof Schoenegg for three nights and enjoyed our time. The B&B served a filling breakfast every morning, with the opportunity to sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the view of Interlaken. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The Harderbahn funicular is only a 10-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop right next to the B&B. ”Lovely simple hotel a bit off Brienz. There’s a bus connection to Brienz, but I’d recommend a car. It was nicely situated about a 40 min drive to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Mostly very quiet and everything was clean and simple. If you happen to have noisy neighbours, then it might be a bit uncomfy, but that’s really not the hotel’s fault. The room doesn’t have an aircon, but it did get a bit more chilly at night if we kept the door open.”
