This home is designed for rest, space, and easy daily living. There are 3 private queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fiber Wi-Fi, desks in each bedroom, a full kitchen, dining for 6, a breakfast nook for 4, two washers/dryers, and a sunroom/game room with TV, games, seating, mini-split A/C, and a sleeper sofa.

The home comfortably sleeps 6 in the queen bedrooms, with flexible sleeping space available in the sunroom/game room. It is pet-friendly, with a fenced yard, dog bowls, waste bags, and a baby gate. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them, including in the yard.

The setting is quiet and country-style, about 1 mile down a dirt road, with a short unpaved approach before reaching the concrete driveway. The driveway has easy parking for trucks, SUVs, and multiple vehicles.

Guests have access to the home, driveway, fenced yard, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, sunroom/game room, and laundry areas shown in the listing. Some owner/storage areas may be locked and are not part of the guest space.

A vehicle is needed — this is not a walkable neighborhood, but it offers convenient driving access to WEC, groceries, restaurants, shopping, and Ocala-area destinations.

Pets are welcome with a $125 pet cleaning fee. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed, with no weight limit. Please supervise pets in the fenced yard and clean up after them, and please keep pets off the furniture.

Exterior security cameras are present outside the home for property security. There are no cameras inside the home. Audio recording is disabled. Cameras are motion-triggered and are not actively monitored during guest stays.
