”Lovely space. So delighted by the king size bed. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Easy access to Metro and access into the Capital. 5 stars, would stay here again. ”

”Good space. Clean. It is a basement unit at a home where the host lives, so there was some upstairs footsteps & activities that are heard down there. Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience.”

”My mom best friend and I stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful stay. I was even able to throw my birthday party where we stayed up very late and we’re very loud and the host was very accommodating throughout the whole process. We are very grateful for this stay. The only complaint is that the water had a rotten egg smell that needs to be addressed.”

”Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and...

”It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!”
