”This is our go to spot , clean rooms, clean pool area , good breakfast and beach access. It does take a bit longer to get into the room but over all great. ”

”Rooms and atmosspere were very pleasant indeed, and parking succeeded beside the front door. Nothing to blaim for.”

”First time staying here. Amazing staff, very clean. Amenities are above and beyond in my opinion. Swing set, fire pit on demand, courtesy kayaks and boats, short walk to the beach, rooms are cozy and beautiful. Comfortable bed. Everything made this stay very pleasurable. ”

”Wouldn't stay there again, loud guest all night in hallway, didn't get the room I paid for luxury room got a handicap room on 3rd floor with shower water cold went to get copy of receipt for my pet couldn't give to me was not a good stay but did get a view of the ocean at least ”

”Well, there’s no pool it’s out of order and hot tub and that was kind of a bummer. Other than that they weren’t real friendly they were OK. The breakfast was very small but we enjoyed our stay anyway thank you.”

”Breakfast had a nice variety but nothing was hot. Room had a “sofa bed” that we needed to use but it did not fold out to a bed so I ended up sleeping on a couch instead of a bed. Several of us tried to figure it out but didn’t see how it classified as a sofa Bed. Staff were pleasant and helpful”

”First got there hair in the bed garbage left in corners the beds were not comfortable at all. Windows dirty couldn’t see out. Breakfast was ok card keys wouldn’t always work kept going to front desk to change them. Probably won’t stay there again.”

”Office staff was great, pool was great, little cold but y'know it's a pool lol They were fast to fix the shower that sprayed the ceiling, that was nice. But the toilet backed up, and I told the staff that was outside my room, and they brought me a plunger to do it myself. I didn't want to be responsible for it if something went wrong, that was bizarre to me. The heater seemed to only blow room temp air, not hot air so I called for extra blankets, and they brought them very fast so that was...

There are trails behind the property that lead toward the beach, but we were told by another family that the path had been washed out and was very difficult to walk through. The check-in experience could have been better—the staff member lacked hospitality and didn’t make us feel very welcome. Room cleanliness was a major issue. ”I read several bad reviews about this place, but my family and I had a great experience. I knew going into it that I booked a 2-star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting a luxury suite. Our one-bedroom room w/kitchen was very spacious - like a small apartment - had all the amenities I needed, was clean, and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool quite a bit. Don’t confuse old with dirty. ”We were looking to get away to the beach for a few days with our dog and Pacific Dunes was a great fit. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, our dog was welcome and best of all, we loved that we were just steps from the ocean. The location was fantastic!”

”Staff is very accommodating, proximity to the beach is great and I loved that they had a nice facility to clean clams. Unfortunately, our unit was very run down with very limited cookware, beat up/stained furniture, appliances that didn't work, heating that didn't work, no instructions for TV, check-out, etc. Floors were filthy and I even stepped in something gooey left behind by another guest. A good cleaning could go a long way.”

”This property is recently updated and beautiful. The fireplaces in each room are really cool and modern. No real fire, but different color options and heat settings. The views are exceptional. We prefer the marina view because you can see the main drag and do some people watching. The bed was so comfortable and the dog friendly aspect was really great. There is an amazing lobby that has coffee, snacks, and beer on tap. You can grab a bevi and sit on the adirondack chairs in the private outdoor...

”Parking is clear and right in front. Well lit too. Turret Room has a full kitchen. Room was clean and has heated floors. There is a fireplace, as well as a fan. Quiet property. Bed was uber comfortable. Hot water is quick. Water pressure everywhere (but shower) was amazing. Very homey and well maintained. Good price and so nice. We will be back.”

”We enjoyed the cottage, especially the electric fireplace with driftwood and the front porch facing the marina. A few repairs might be helpful to refresh cottage #12: the left hand reading light by the queen bed is broken, and there is a sticky stain on the bathroom floor. We were comfortable and slept well while there.”

”We had a great stay in the cabin. The hot water was a little scarce, but it was ok. The mattresses on the bunk beds could be thicker. Fine for kids. Adults not so much. Moved to the futon and it was fine. Bathroom lighting could be better. All in all, we enjoyed it and had a great time! The cabin was clean and the yard outside also. Well equipped kitchen. We'll be back!”
