”Room was clean. Breakfast fell short of expectations. The yogurt machine never worked during our entire 4 night stay. The (1) pancake maker constantly either broke down or ran out of batter. Might get 2-4 very small pancakes. The lines for the pancakes gets long. My family's just said forget it one of those mornings and went next door to the Donut Hole for breakfast.”

”This hotel is rated as a 4 star but it did not feel like it. The parking is tight and there is barely any parking near your room. People were smoking weed every single day and I could smell it in the hallway and outside the grounds AND cigarette smells on the beach. This was supposed to be a family friendly hotel but that alone made me want my money back.
The sheets had sand in them as if they didn't wash them. The towels had stains on them. The floor was also filthy. It left my socks black....

”We were welcomed by the staff and our room was ready when we arrived at 12:10 p.m. I had registered online and did not have to wait for the 4 p.m. normal checkin. No early check in fees. The location was excellent, beach view with balcony. Parking was easy but $25 per day. Our room was clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room and coin laundry available on our 5th floor, and possibly on each floor.”
