There are some great restaurants in walking distance to such as Pit & Pub, Buxy's and Dry Dock 28 to name a few.

You'll love the peaceful evenings of sitting on the back patio that looks out over the large canal or maybe an evening swim the pool. The pool is only a few feet away from the front door and the upstairs balcony makes the gives the perfect vantage point to keep an eye on the kids! Inside, there is full kitchen that is ready to help you make those costs savings meals. Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen size bed along with a full bath. Other sleeping accommodations include a queen size sleeper sofa, a chair that converts into twin bed along with a twin folding cot. There is a washer and dryer along with free Wi-Fi.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 28th street.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. And an additional guest spot is available in the open lot.
* The pier is not available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 5 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
