2 Bed/2 Bath 15th St Condo, 4 blocks to the Beach

We look forward to hosting you at our condo located on 15th street in Ocean City, MD! We enjoy being able to share the space with other families and friends when we are not in town. You will enjoy all the comforts of home in the condo, with a full kitchen and two full baths, among other amenities, while also enjoying time in the family friendly town of Ocean City, MD.

This condo is a half-block away from the Reel Inn, the marina hosting the White Marlin Open in early August. This listing is for the entire two bedroom, two bath, condo with kitchen and living room. The condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people. One room has a full (double) bed with a twin bunk bed on top. The other room has a king bed. And there is a pull-out couch in the living room. The space is primarily set-up for guests like you, but our family does use the space here and there. The space and the basic amenities are very comfortable and accommodating. At the same time, we expect our guests to treat the space as if they are guests in our home. We have a few expectations that will make your stay here different from a hotel or vacation rental. We do ask guests to clean the space before departure to make sure the space is "as clean as you found it". We don't expect you to wash or reset any linens, or deep clean bathrooms, under furniture, etc; that is what the cleaning fee is for. Many basic accommodations are provided, such as sheets and towels, wifi, basic cable, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a k-cup coffee bar.
