Summary:
This is the perfect vacation getaway in your own private bayside beach bungalow. Just 3 blocks from the ocean and 2 blocks from the bay, this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home comes with a full kitchen and in unit laundry. Queen bedroom & another one with 4 bunkbeds! Couch in living room pulls out to a queen sleeper as well.

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL.
If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location!

We've stayed in a couple places for our annual family trip to OCMD. This was by far the nicest and cleanest property. We loved the location and the neighborhood. It was great for setting off on adventures or just walking the dogs to the bay.

Great little bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Excellent communication with property owner, great location within the town and perfect to bring your dog. The house was very clean and updated. There are Alot of restaurants and parks right by the house. It’s a little busy on the roads but there is a lot of friendly neighbors and people staying in the area. We were super excited to see 4th of July fireworks right from the front porch. Lots of stuff within walking distance including food shopping right across the street. Highly recommended.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I traveled down to Ocean City from PA for a small weekend getaway. We were originally planning to camp but since April weather decided not to be so friendly we researched a small cottage for us to stay with our puppy. I was very excited when we found this Beach Bungalow. It was extremely clean, located a block away fromthe beach and has a small fenced in yard for our puppy. She enjoyed running around back there every day. Highly recommend this bungalow as a nice place to stay for a small family and their pets.

Weekend Retreat

The property manager answers right awayProperty was fenced in and our Dog loved the yard. The house is close to everything and most waste tails are on the house. Welcome bag was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable. Enough linens were provided. Our GPS took us to the other end of the street. House is located at on 94th and Caribbean Drive right off of coastal highway. Would stay again.

Liked the welcome bag with some cleaning supplies we didn’t pack. Convenient next to grocery store and quick access to bus that we used to go to the music festival. Not used to newer thermostat models so took us a bit to figure out how to adjust the temperature. Good for small family.

Perfection

Awesome location and the rental was just perfect for two adults and two dogs that we extended our stay. Communications with the rental agent was easy and very responsive. Will certainly be making multiple visits back to this home.

Perfect spot for 6 nights

Some observations: Good stay for 2 kids and family. Backyard a good size for our 18lb dog. No plastic bags, very few reusable tupperware, and no reusable water bottles, and no cooler or icepacks. Didnt try the grill, so cant comment on its condition. House had salt and pepper only- bring your cooking essentials. No beach towels in house, bring your own or buy at Sunsations. Would have been nice for an outdoor shower after the beach. A few neighbors are friendly with hellos. HIGHLY recommend visiting Chincoteague/Assateague by pontoon. Can get a little closer without the on-foot and sweaty search for them. Try it at or near high tide to get within 3-5 feet of them. They aren't scared of boats, but don't like loud people. Some tips: Get to the beach early for prime spot. Lifeguards work starting at 10am. Nearby restaurants are just ok. Be prepared to hop in the car for higher quality meals.

Fabulous Location

What a wonderful property. So conveniently located if you want a short walk to the beach, but don't want to be in the fray of the busyness of the season. Lots of surprises I was not expecting like a washer and dryer and goodie bag with dishwasher detergent, dish detergent, laundry detergent, sponge, and paper towels. Full complement of sheets, pillow cases, wash cloths, and plenty of towels. The house was nice and clean with lots of dishes and utensils, glasses, pots and pans, to cook and save money. The Acme is a short distance to walk if you forget anything. There is a fenced in area for your fur baby. We enjoyed taking a few short bike rides when the weather permitted. The house smelled so good when we arrived. No doggie smell. There's also a huge fridge with ice maker and a dishwasher big enough that for a week's stay, we only had to run it once.

Beach getaway

Very nice cozy little beach house. Great for my family of 3 and our dog. It is in a nice little area but close to everything. Walking distance to grocery store,beach and restaurants. House was clean and comfortable. Communication with the renter was also great. Highly recommend for a ocean city vacation.

403 Carribbean - Great Bungalow

403 Caribbean was very clean and in great condition. Our family (+ 2 dogs) had a great time. The nearby basketball, tennis courts, playground and dog park were a big bonus. We reached out to the hostess when a tropical storm affected our original travel plans and she offered to reschedule our visit. Thank you! We are looking forward to returning.

Perfect little beach house for families with pets!

We loved this house! It’s a few short blocks from the beach, has a playground right across the street for the kids, has a grocery store next door, and has a fenced backyard for dogs (which is a super rare find in ocean city!). The house was clean and exactly as the pictures look. The 94th st area is so nice and has tons to do nearby.
