The Space:

Living Area: Unwind on comfortable sofas after a day in the sun and enjoy a movie on the large TV.

Kitchen & Dining: A full, completely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed in the separate dining room.

Bedrooms: Three spacious bedrooms provide ample room for everyone to rest comfortably.

Bathrooms: The unit includes one full bathroom and one half-bath for convenience.

Outdoor Space: Sip your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on your own private deck.

Amenities: For your convenience, the condo includes in-unit laundry facilities.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire second-floor condo. Your arrival will be simple and secure with keyless entry. The front door is equipped with a smart lock, and you will be provided with a unique, personal access code for the duration of your stay. Arrival instructions and your code are sent via email multiple times during the week leading up to your stay, so please be sure to check your inbox and spam folder.



The Neighborhood:

Must be 25 to book this home; no smoking; Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.



Other Things to Note:

Larger Groups: Need more space? Consider renting Unit A, the downstairs unit, as well to accommodate a larger party. Please inquire for availability.

Check-in Requirement: Signing the renter agreement is required to receive your check-in instructions and access code. This must be completed after booking.
