This beautiful bay-view condo is just a stroll to the beach from the back door and features a private balcony - the perfect place to kick back with friends and family during a fun-filled getaway to Ocean City!

Inside, the living space is dressed in new luxury plank flooring and lots of comfortable furniture, with an open concept encompassing the living and dining areas. Spend your days on the beach, then come home to stream your favorite movies and shows on the TV. Prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, then serve your dinner guests at the dining table. Take advantage of the free WiFi to download an excellent playlist to your device for a trip to the community fitness room, followed by a cool-down swim in the shared pool. The central air-conditioning will ensure everything stays nice and cool on those hot summer days, and you'll find a private washer/dryer in the kitchen, so everyone can look their best during your stay.

This oceanfront complex features a private path on the lower level that leads directly to the beach.

A $50.00 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due upon check-in. There is also a $10.00 key fob deposit for the fitness center.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This apartment has plenty of space for 6-8 people. The full size washer and dryer are a plus. The apt needs quite a bit of attention, particularly in terms of the furniture and bathrooms.

Comfortable & Clean but needs Updating

Very comfortable stay; mattresses, AC and space were great. Condo was clean but is in need of updating. Very old wallpaper and bedroom furniture, dated bathrooms and kitchen. The rental was priced fairly based on these needs. The living room furniture is in great condition and the sofa looked new and very comfy. We would stay here again.

Bumpy Start, but overall a solid choice.

When I arrived, I was surprised I had to pick up the keys to the building at a off-site location. I had to call/ text to get the address & pin to open the after- hours box. They only gave us two keys, also. Once I arrived, I was glad to find out that we could have multiple cars park on site for $10 a day. I wish check out inductions were more clear before I chose to check out. Once i selected checkout i couldn't get back into the listing to find what we needed to do to check out. The door on site couldn't close because whomever designed the screen door put it on level with the door knob. So to close the door, you had to open the screen door, and close the main door before the screen closed. There were extra towels, sheets & beach chairs at the site. Would have saved on packing space, if known. Place was clean & the balcony was spacious. There was not a lot of dishes or cookware if decided to prepare food in home. Luckily everyone didn't mind eating out. Would use the booking agency again, now that we know how they work. Would like a bigger space with a party of 7-8. Listing says it sleeps 8 but they have to double up so would be better for couples.

Great Location; a Little Overpriced for the Product

This is a great location, no doubt. Right on the beach. But compared to other comparable properties where we have stayed in the past few years, this is overpriced and not a good value. The furniture in the unit could be updated. Not too many comfortable seats to sit and relax in. We also felt "nickel and dimed" upon checking in. Having to pay extra for parking plus extra for wifi. The title clearly advertises that the unit has Wifi. Only when we checked in did we understand that it may have Wifi, but you must pay extra for it. Given the high $ for the unit, it would be nice to include those things like other places we have stayed have. Also, the appliances are average and need to be updated for its price point. Overall, it's a satisfactory place to stay for a few days, with a very good location. However, we paid a premium that was not worth it, given other options out there.

Not worth the money

This property was filthy! Mold in the coffee pots, floors weren’t swept, air filter had so much dust that the air conditioner struggled. Definitely not worth the money I spent. I had to clean my first day there just to make it livable. It did have a good view of the sound.
