Waterfront Townhouse

  • Tämä on täydellinen ranta talon perheen. Se on Bayside vedellä molempien osapuolten telakka sitoa veneen tai antaa lasten tehdä joitakin sivuttain etenevät tai kalastukseen! Kaunis takaisin kannelle on ihanteellinen paikka nauttia aamukahvia ja katsella veneilijät mennä kalastamaan tai viihdyttää perheen ja ystävien kanssa kuin aurinko laskee. Keittiössä on myös baari-paikkainen 3 ja ruokasali on taulukko, johon mahtuu jopa kymmenen lisäämällä yksi pöytä lehtiä. Yhteisön allas on noin 1 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä etuovelta. Siellä on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa ja meillä on kaasugrilli omaan käyttöön. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat pois ruokasali ja perhe, TV ja DVD-soitin. Ei saa tuoda lemmikkieläimiä, mutta on lemmikkieläinten hoito palvelut lähellä. Olemme 10 minuutin kävely rantaan ja Boardwalk raitiovaunu. Vesipuisto on suoraan takana rannalla talon sekä lasten puisto ratsastaa, monet syöminen tilat ja suosittu Salty Dog Pub.
    Emme vuokraa valmistuneille lukiolaisille.

Lovely stay.

We had a nice time with our boat here. It was easy to dock and when a storm blew in it didn’t get thrown. Loved all the space in the kitchen and the updated downstairs. Thanks for sharing your home.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Property was exactly as described and clean upon arrival. Our only disappointments were that the grill didn’t have propane and the back patio umbrella was broken.

Perfect family place

The place was perfect for our family of 7! Very clean, quiet relaxing community. We loved waking up every morning and sitting on the back porch watching the fish jump in the canal! We walked to the beach daily and to buddy’s one night for drinks! We got a Walmart delivery for groceries very convenient location!

Always love to come back to this place!! The house is decorated well and very homey. The beds are comfortable and the home is well maintained. It has a community pool right out front and the community is family friendly. Jolly Roger Park and Jolly Roger Water Park are walking distance for teens. The canal and dock are great for a 20 foot boat and it's the easiest boat slip in the neighborhood and plus it's protected from storms unlike bayfront docks. Owners are great with communication and respond quickly to any questions. Plan to book again!

Love Gull Way!

The only thing that would have made the vacation better is a new mattress in the master. The frame is broken and the mattress sinks to the middle. Other improvements to the home are very nice. Thanks for a great week!

Great location for a family trip

This little community on Gull Way is a great place to stay. Every house is close proximity to the pool. We chose this house because it was on the end of the row. The house was recently renovated, which was really nice, and has a boat slip (with lift). The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so it’s convenient for the family. Right down the street from Jolly Roger (great place to visit) and under 10 minuets to the inlet/end of boardwalk. The owners were very pleasent to work with and always responded quickly/professionally. I would recommend this place!

Great location, but wasn’t satisfied with my experience

Great location! The washing machine wasn’t draining and it took a couple of days to get repaired. The hvac unit wasn’t cooling the house. After a couple of days, the repair technician told me that it didn’t have a filter in place and the unit needed a major repair. The repair wasn’t made during my stay and the home averaged 80* inside and was definitely uncomfortable.

Wonderful modern townhouse. Great location.

We stayed here in July with 3 teenage boys. The home was even better than the pictures. Clean and neat with modern decor. Everything was well organized and labeled with many nice courtesies left for guests. The home had plenty of room for us all and the location was near to everything and perfect for our boat. We found the neighbors were welcoming and friendly. The pool was also nice to have right out front. A nice addition for boaters is the lot to park your trailer. I reached out to the owner to ask a question and recieved a prompt and friendly response. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Cute townhouse

Townhouse is adorable, pool was closed which was not listed, but the canal was great. Would definitely will come back, we all loved the place and had a wonderful time. Next time we will stay longer. Owner was fast getting back to us.

Great relaxing vacation

My family enjoyed our stay at this calm and quite rental. The unit felt spacious for a family of four and the kitchen had everything we needed for prepping. Felt like home.

34th Anniversary

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything that was described was on point. Very close to everything. The corner property with the deck around us made it better. Crab traps were under the deck. We were able to keep six of the crabs we caught. It was a very relaxing house.

Great Summer getaway

We enjoyed our stay tremendously, the property was exactly as it was advertised on VRBO, Sharon property owner was awesome. Would difenently recommend it our grandchildren will difenently not forget this summers vacation for years to come. Being right on peer difenently kept them busy with fishing and crabbing being on a corner lot didnt have to worry about neighbors they difenently had plenty of room to enjoy themselves in. Sharon thanks for allowing us to enjoy you're home

Great time!

This was our 3rd stay at this property and it was great! Only issue was with the owners of the other units. They treat renters like they're 2nd class citizens. Many of them wouldn't even greet or acknowledge us when we said hi or bye.

Awesome find

We had a great time during our stay. The house was adorable and exactly what we expected. The location was great! Tucked away to enjoy the quiet and relaxing part of ocean city, yet extremely close to everything else ocean city has to offer. When we come back we will be sure to stay here again!

AWESOME location, beautiful house

The view is beautiful, the house being at the corner makes it the best part of the trip. The house is filled with a collection of beautiful things and a range of novels (which unfortunately we had no time to go through). Loved the house and the stay

Great rental for families, loved the outdoor space and the sunset views.

Thanks so much for sharing your summer home, we had wonderful weather and the location was perfect. The over cleanliness of the home was acceptable but the kitchen could use a real good wipe down. The major issues we had were with the sliding door to go out to the deck was very difficult to open and shut and there was a deck plank(right in the middle) that was warped and caused a major trip hazard.(we put a chair over it to prevent issues). The flooring in the hallway outside the kitchen was cracked and coming up so we placed a carpet over it to prevent further damage. One recommendation that we have was to put a dresser in the master in place of the trunk. Since the closet space was awkward, drawers would have been helpful.
