Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice, spacious condo in a great family friendly and quiet location. Just a short walk to the beach through the dunes. For the price we paid, it would have been nice if the property owner had provided beach chairs and an umbrella. We ended up renting them. The bathtub in the master bedroom was clogged and we had to contact the property manager and they came out the next day to fix it. Housekeeping did not provide hand soap so we had to go out and buy some for each bathroom. It would have been nice to be able to control the air conditioning temperature. It was very hot while we were there and the air just could not keep up. If we could have turned it down just a couple of degrees it would have made a big difference.

Great view!

You can't beat the view and location. Quiet neighborhood, steps from the beach. The internet is a little slow at the decore is a bit dated with a couple ripped screens but you aren't there to sit in the condo all day. It has all the essentials you need to be comfy.

We chose the property because of its proximity to family members and the beach. The floors, Kitchen, and bathroom were Wiped clean, but shelving and windows Not. The sink and bathtub in second bedroom were clogged badly, But the management company came quickly to fix that. The broom was broken so we could not use that. The closets in both bedrooms were filled with blankets sheets all over the floor and unorganized. So we couldn’t even put things in the closet without cleaning it. The cupboards in the kitchen and hallway were very unorganized, and overflowing. Management told us that the owner uses their condo and a lot of that stuff is theirs.

Unpleasant experience

Unit was dirty, housekeeping came back to clean and in the process accidentally took a pair of shoes from the closet. I was told I was to be charged a finders fee for someone to look for the item that was taken and on top of that a shipping fee. After I drive to 2 different office locations (one was closed) i was told the finders fee would be waived and once they found my husband’s shoes I would be mailed my shoes at my own expense. I left Maryland and never heard back from anyone, I will never go through this property management company again. It was very difficult finding the shoes for vacation, it’s hard finding size 14 mens shoes in stores.they didn’t bother to track down the housekeeping staff that went in to clean the unit to see if they accidentally throw them out. That was my original request, their response was telling me they would send someone out to look for an item I had already looked for, and on top of that wanted to charge me a fee for an item that was taken from the closet I was supposed to be able to unpack personal items from.

Nice place right at the beach

My friends and I had a college reunion weekend and instead of camping decided to rent a condo. We found the place to be very nice and clean, and the view was great! The only issue we had was that the wifi didn't work, and we were told someone would get in touch with us about it, but they never did. There was no cell receptiion inside the condo, so we had to go on the deck to check work emails, etc.
