Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and island seating. Family room has 65" QLED HDTV with Dolby 5.1 surround sound, high speed internet and unlimited local and long distance calling.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The Master bedroom suite has king size bed with jetted whirlpool tub to relax after a nice long walk on the beach or boardwalk. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with a private full bathroom (Tub/Shower combination). Bedroom 3 has 1 full and 1 Twin size bed. The 3rd Bedroom has a shared bathroom with the hallway access. There is a large stand up shower. All bedrooms have Tempur-pedic style beds and include new smart large HDTV s. This location includes everything you and your family need while at the beach. Great for kids.
NOTE: This is not a Senior Grade Rental.

Linens are not provided, but are available for a fee. Your sheets and towels are delivered on check in date, beds made and picked up on your date of departure for the price of $145, this includes sheets for all the beds including pull out sleep sofa and 9 sets of bath towels and 2 sets of kitchen towels. The only thing you would need to do is strip the beds and put the soiled sheets and towels in the laundry bags and leave them in the primary bedroom for pick up. Or if you prefer, you may bring sheets and towels with you for your vacation stay. Just send me a message if you would like to add sheets to your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Not as strict as HomeAway states. A refund will be processed, fee is 10% of rent amount with 60 or more days' notice.
