Astu ensimmäisen kerroksen parvekkeelta hiekkaan. Tämä tilava ensimmäisen kerroksen 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen merenrantahotelli (~ 1050 neliöjalkaa) avautuu suoraan rannalle. Tämä yksikkö voi nukkua 8-10 ihmistä mukavasti. Yksikön vieressä olevalla kadulla on nimetty parkkipaikka ja ylimääräinen ilmainen pysäköintialue sekä 72. että 73. kadulla. Kuuntele aaltojen kaatumista ja haista suolaista ilmaa heti, kun avaat parvekkeen oven olohuoneesta tai makuuhuoneesta. Iso parveke, jolta on pääsy portille ja portaat rannalle, on täydellinen paikka rentoutua aamukahvin tai iltajuomien kanssa. Vietä viikko nauttiaksesi ja rentoutua tässä rauhallisessa, perheystävällisessä ilmapiirissä aivan rannalla tässä päivitetyssä yksikössä. Makuuhuone on suora merenranta, josta on näkymät liukuovelta parvekkeelle.

Spinnaker-huoneistohotelli sijaitsee PRIME-alueella kävelyetäisyydellä monista nähtävyyksistä. Kätevästi 72. kadun varrella, se on suoraan kadun toisella puolella OCM-rapuista ja Ocean Lanes -keilauksesta. Tämä yksikkö on myös kävelyetäisyydellä (noin 1 maili tai vähemmän) ostosmahdollisuuksiin ja moniin ravintoloihin / baareihin, kuten Fager's Island, Dead Freddie's Island Grill, Rosenfeldin juutalainen herkku, Skye-baari, Longboard-kahvila, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Old Pro Golf , Taikinatela, kokko, BJ: n vedessä, Ropewalk ja Bayside-paistinpanja muutamia mainitakseni. TARPEET: Makuuhuoneessa on yksi parisänky ja yksi vuodesohva, jossa on hyväpalkkaiset huonekalut. Makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja suora näkymä merelle / rannalle pääsy parvekkeelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja yhden hengen kerrossänky, joka nukkuu 4 henkilöä. Kaikki vuodesohvapatjat on päivitetty muistivaahtoon mukavuuden lisäämiseksi. Makuuhuoneessa ja kylpyammeessa on uudemmat puiset keraamiset lattialaatat asennettu. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on asennettu puinen kelluva lattia. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on täysi kylpyamme / suihku, ja ne on hiljattain kunnostettu aivan uusilla wcillä, turhuilla, hanilla ja kalusteilla. Olohuone ja ruokasali ovat vasta kalustettuja ja sisustettuja. Oleskelutilan sohva on queen-size-vuode. Keittiössä on "Maryland Crab" -teema, alustan katolla ja varjovalaistuksella. Liukuovi parvekkeelle antaa laajat näkymät merelle. Makuuhuoneessa ja olohuoneessa on taulu ja DVD-soitin. Keittiö on täysin varustettu hopeaesineillä, keittiövälineillä, astioilla, lasilla ja muilla keittiötarvikkeilla, kuten mikroaaltouunilla, jätehuolto, kahvinkeitin, Keurig, leivänpaahdin ja tehosekoitin. Keski-ilmastointi ja lämpö, ylimääräiset kattotuulettimet lisää mukavuutta, silitysrauta ja -lauta ja tyhjiö. Lisäksi laitteen takana on pesutupa, jossa on vasta ostettu täysikokoinen etukuormaimen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu mukavuuden vuoksi. On myös asennettu uusi 55 litran kuumavesilämmitin ja LVI-järjestelmä.

The whole process was so easy and Chad even checked in on us Saturday to make sure our check in went well. The place is just as lovely as in the pictures. Parking was so easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Ocean City.

The good: The location is phenomenal. This is as close to the beach as you can possibly get. The appliances work, and it has everything - dishwasher, laundry, garbage disposal, etc. The countertops are granite, nice tile floors including modern looking wood-grain tile in the bedroom. The okay: The wifi is a 5g to wifi T-Mobile thing, not true high speed internet via cable or fiber. It still worked fine for Zoom calls and TV, but if you’re expecting FIOS or Xfinity, this isn’t that. This may simply be a limitation of the building itself. The bad: Next to the nice appliances, the furniture is oddly bad. The cloth couches had the appearance and filminess you’d expect in a college dorm. We didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them, and put coverings over them before sitting.Things do get worn down faster near the ocean, but the furniture can at least be cleaned regularly. Bedcovers, bathroom rugs, etc. did not appear to have been cleaned. Shower curtains and window curtains had significant mildew/mold staining. The hard surfaces, however, including toilets, showers, etc. were clean. No limescale on showerheads.The tile seems to have some kind of coating, maybe a cleaning wax, that has an unpleasant, filmy texture. This doesn’t seem to be from the tile itself, but rather something on the tile.The terrible: Mice. We saw a mouse. Later, we saw mouse droppings on one of our pillows, on the bed in the non-master bedroom.Summary: Great place in need of a better cleaning service.

Wonderful sister and mom getaway!

My three sisters, my mom, and I all enjoyed our stay at Chad‘s condo so much! From the moment we pulled in and the ease of getting into the condo; all of the beautiful furnishings; and all the amenities we needed. It really was a perfect long weekend for us to bond and enjoy each other‘s company. Though the weather wasn’t the greatest, we still enjoyed the beach so much and relaxing at the condo. The communication with Chad was amazing and we had everything that we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

The rental was perfect for our family vacation . The proximity of restaurants and easy access to the beach was important in making our reservation. Chad was great to work with , and was very prompt with communication and updates . The property also provided beach supplies if needed during your stay . Great location for families with small kids

This is a wonderful condo for families, especially with small children with a lot of stuff for a beach vacation. It was awesome to just walk right out to the beach and to easily come back and forth as needed throughout the day. It was well-stocked with everything you could need for your family for the week and plenty of space to be comfortable. The primary bedroom has a king bed, which is rare to find in OC condos (and always nice when you have little ones who may end up sleeping with you!). Chad was a wonderful host, very responsive, made sure I had everything I needed, and answered all my questions ahead of time. We loved our week at the beach and look forward to booking this property again soon!

Absolutely wonderful!!

This was our first vacation as a family and first time booking something via vrbo. Chad made this entire process ridiculously easy. We had an awesome time. The property was beautiful, it had everything we needed including beach umbrellas, chairs and toys for the kids. Communication with the owner Chad was great, answered all of my questions before and during our stay. Everyone was so comfortable at the property, like a home away from home. Property was right off the beach, literally you walk off the patio and follow the path to the beach and your right there! It was perfect, everything was perfect! Chad thank you for a wonderful experience as we will be back. If you are on the fence about this property, don’t be. You will not be disappointed. Just awesome. Ps. We were a family of six and everyone was comfortable.

This property has convenient access from balcony to the beach. It is well equipped with the necessities for a comfortable stay and can reasonably accommodate 7-9 people. Chad, the property manager, was easily reachable, helpful and suggested great local places for dining and fun.

Delightful property right on the beach

This was our second stay at the property over the past 2 years. Whenever we crave a visit to OC, I always check availability of this property. The apartment has a perfect location on the ground floor where kids can simply walk off to the beach. The property owner, Chad, is extremely approachable and is genuinely interested in ensuring that your stay will be nothing short of wonderful.

Great location, newly refurbished which was nice. Everything was clean and in working condition. The bed covers and shams could have been washed and there was sand on the beds but a simply wipe down was easy.

Super experience!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It is literally right at the beach. It’s only a few steps until you dip your toes in the water. The kitchen has all you could need. The condo is very clean and everything is in good working order. Chad is very communicative. He answered all our questions quickly and made good suggestions for area restaurants. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Amazing unit and location

My sisters and I celebrated my 70th birthday at this unit. The pictures don't even do it justice; an awesome place that is wonderfully appointed. Loved it being a ground floor unit and easy to access from the parking lot and patio side. We spent alot of time on the patio enjoying the ocean sounds. Had to contact the owner (we didn't read his hot water heater instructions correctly) and he was extremely quick and patient w/his replies. My sisters and I loved it so much that we are going to make this an annual visit and to rent this unit again. A+++++++++++

End of summer get together

Wanted to get family together for a last of summer get together before adult kids went their own way for the season. OC was an ideal location and property was just on the other side of the dune from the beach so perfect location to access the still sunny beach for the day. Plenty of para sailing/ mini golf/ restaurants nearby in north OC to mix it up. Only caveat was it was bike week. Very crowded, and I’m told the next weekend was hot Rod week so check on events if looking for a quiet weekend. Chad was great a d definitely hope to return

Beautiful and Well-Equippped Condo

This beautiful condo had everything! Tons of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, you name it, it had it. Also, extension cords and outlet strips were very thoughtfully placed throughout the unit, which is a minor detail that makes a huge difference in convenience during a stay. Chad has thought of everything. All the furniture was sturdy, clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed dealing with with our extremely gracious host, who could not have been more helpful. Thank you for a fantastic week at the beach!

The location could not be more perfect. This place is absolutely amazing and so comfortable. The owner is amazing to rent with. He is really quick to respond to any questions you have. My family loved our time here so much we are already planning our next trip there and for even longer. I highly recommend this place!!

Great Vacation Property

Our family just loves this property! It is so spacious and well equipped for a week vacation stay. We love the location and the ease of the walk-out balcony. The owner was so helpful and accessible to any of our needs. Property had some great updates since our stay last year and we hope to stay again in the future!

Great getaway spot

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Only a few minor caveats, none of which impacted my rating: (1) when it says no paper goods, seriously, they mean it. Not even a single roll of toilet paper or paper towels to be found! (2) I didn't love that the instructions threaten a fee if you don't impeccably clean everything. Come on, there's a cleaning fee already, right? (3) the headboard in the master bedroom is creaky. I didn't really notice it but my pregnant wife very much did. I let the owner know and he intends to fix it. Again, none of these are things that materially impacted our stay, just issues of which you may want to be aware. Overall, great location, nice place, owner was very pleasant to work with, great for kids -- we will stay here again if circumstances permit!

What a great family getaway

We decided to take our children along on our anniversary getaway. What a great time we had! We loved the easy access to the outdoors, the condo was more than sufficient, and we just had a lovely weekend. Chad was really good to work with and was very gracious when one of our children broke something. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Perfect beach getaway for family

The rooms and views are exactly what's shown in the pictures. Really liked that the kitchen was fully equipped, helped a lot during a pandemic. Chad was a super responsive and understanding host--which was a huge reason why I booked the place to begin with. The unit is at first level so may not have ocean view, but it's nice that you can hear the tide which you don't get from the upper level. But it's a big plus for kids to just walk straight from the patio to the beach. Look forward to staying here again in the future!
