**DIRECT OCEANFRONT AND BOARDWALK!!** corner condo with an indoor pool on 12th St.! Step into this beautiful condo at Decatur House, Unit 505, and enjoy the prime Ocean City location! This stylish unit offers modern amenities and prime location—overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, beach, and the famous boardwalk. The bedroom features one double (full-sized), one queen bed, and a TV, and there's a queen sleep sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating six guests. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi/internet, one free assigned parking spot, and the convenience of a washer and dryer within the condo. Located on the 5th floor, the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access. You'll also have access to the indoor pool typically May - September from 10 am - 9 pm.

With a SMART TV in the living room, stream your favorite shows and movies using your login credentials. The fully equipped kitchen includes essentials like a Cuisinart coffee machine that works like a Keurig, blender, microwave, toaster oven, cooktop (not a stove, see pictures) and more. Relax on the balcony with your favorite drink, taking in the sights and sounds of the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk.

You're just a few blocks away from Hammerhead's Bar and Grill, DaVinci's by the Sea, Subway Sub Shop, and numerous bike rental shops and other boardwalk stores. PERFECT LOCATION!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

**Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. you can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $103. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*This building has an indoor pool that is open from May till October, from 10 am to 9 pm. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

Enjoyed our family vacation for the weekend. Mostly clean. The screen was broken and the room had a bit of a urine stench the first night. Otherwise everything was great. The kitchen hallway is much more narrow than I imagined from the pictures. It was perfect for the weekend for a family of 3. It was nice to be right on the boardwalk with so much to do. And so close to the beach.

Great room

Convenient location. Just what you need for vacation. My first response to the building was oh no. The hallways and elevator are older. I was worried but pleasantly surprised once we got into the room. Beds were ok. Pillows could be replaced but living room furniture comfy. All in all a great place to stay.
