Welcome to Edgewater Escape, a luxury bayfront loft apartment that hangs entirely over the bay on 7th street in downtown Ocean City. Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. The loft has a roomy king sized bed and the downstairs couch pulls out into a comfy queen bed. Recently renovated, it comes fully equipped for your big trip or quiet staycation :)

Step inside and be greeted by natural light pouring through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors, framing stunning views of the bay. To the left, you'll find a full kitchen with custom butcher block countertops, and to the right, a half bath with handcrafted cabinetry. A downstairs closet provides a convenient spot for luggage or extras.

The living area features a spacious dining table for four, a smart TV with streaming, and a cozy couch that folds out into a queen bed. The sliding doors lead to a newly built porch, outfitted with Adirondack chairs and a counter-height bar with stools—perfect for enjoying drinks or meals while taking in the view.

A split A/C unit with remote keeps the space comfortable. Upstairs, the loft bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase. The open layout maintains bay views and natural light, offering a serene, boat-like feel as you look out over the water.

The loft features a plush king bed, dimmable sconces on each side, ample closet and drawer space, a washer/dryer, and a second smart TV. The upstairs bathroom includes a stand-up shower with a river rock base. Please note: the loft is not fully enclosed, but separated by a railing to preserve the airy, open vibe of the space.

Both TVs are equipped with streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime) and support AirPlay and other screen casting—just log in with your account and enjoy.
