Having a very spacious open-concept, your family of 10 can enjoy the breath-taking views of the ocean & skyline from the Living, Dining Room & Kitchen areas. For your added convenience, there are 2-coffeemakers: a Keurig & a Cuisinart Drip, WiFi, and a storage locker on the mezzanine level where guests can store their beach equipment. For your added convenience, the owners provide a personal luggage cart which is kept the storage locker. Note there is a $200 charge if the cart is not returned to the locker.
The Master Bedroom features a King Bed, and a lovely en-suite with a Jacuzzi tub and separate stand-alone shower along with double vanity sink. The 2nd Bedroom features a Queen Bed and private bath. (Tub & Shower combo). The 3rd Bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk with Trundle Bed. (Twin over full with Twin Trundle). The Hall Bath has a stand- alone shower with glass doors.
The Gateway Grand Amenities include: Outdoor pool (seasonal), Indoor Pool is open year- round, Gym/Fitness Center, Game Room, Garage Parking, free lobby WiFi & Night time security guard & elevators.
This property is privately owned, therefore, you will need to supply your sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days, this unit rents Saturday to Saturday.
The Gateway Grand charges an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee with reservation.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping -- Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas and No pets, please.
