2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneistoyksikkö, jossa on pysäköintialue ja oma terassi. Lemmikkieläinystävällinen portilla kannen mukana. Tilava keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone. Keittiö on täysin kalustettu kaikilla mukavuuksilla, mukaan lukien uusi keraamisten kattiloiden ja pannujen astiat, keittiövälineet, astiat, lasitavara, kahvikupit, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on täysikokoinen sänky ja kaksi kerrossänkyä sekä vetosohva olohuoneessa ylimääräisiä nukkumatiloja varten. Yksikkö mukavasti nukkuu 8 henkilöä. Makuuhuoneisiin on asennettu uudet matot ja uudet puiset kerrossängyt. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta, silityslauta sisältyvät hintaan.
Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja olohuoneessa on kaapeli-TV. Mukana ilmainen Wi-Fi.
Vain 4 korttelin päässä mereltä ja Boardwalk-raitiovaunu- ja linja-autopäästä. Monet paikalliset ravintolat, pyöräily, skootterivuokraus, Jolly Roger -vesipuisto, minigolf ja muuta viihdettä kävelyetäisyydellä. Nauti hevosista, villieläimistä ja Assateague-saaren luonnosta 20 minuutin päässä. Alueella runsaasti vesiurheilua, kalastusta ja golfia.
Perhekokoinen piknikpöytä ja hiiligrilli saatavana6 takapihalla niille grillausiltoille. Vesiletku talon puolella huuhtelua varten rannalle tehdyn matkan jälkeen.

Great location, great apartment

Great Location

The co do is tucked back at the end of a street in a cul de sac. Very quiet. Within walking distance to the beach. The end of the boardwalk was a short two blocks away. 2 blocks away from Old Pro golf course with 27 holes. Very clean open spaces. Very pet friendly with a nice backyard to walk the dogs.

Great Location Near the Beach

My family and I stayed here last year. We had a great time. The location is perfect to many resturants, the beach, and activities for adults and children. The property had eveything we needed and was comfortable. We will definitely stay here next year.

The property needs improvement. We got locked out of the condo and texted the owner 4 times to ask for her help. She never responded. I hired a locksmith but he was also unable to get inside. He was able to unlock 3 locks on the back door to gain access. He said the lock on the knob of the front door should never be used for a keyless entry. He also said we should be reimbursed the 310 it cost us. The maintenance man did come by the next day and replace the front door knob, storm door and kitchen sink. He agreed with the locksmith and said it wasn’t our fault and we should be reimbursed. We never spoke to the owner as she only answered us after the maintenance man contacted her. We strongly advise others to not rent from annemarieright for a keyless entry.

Great Labor Day Get Away

Went down for the weekend with my Family and Grandkids. The owner was nice and she was staying at the place also that week. The place is way bigger than it looks in Pictures. We will be back next year.

Great place and close to the boardwalk

This was a very nice condo. Had lots of room for all of us, we had 6 in our party. It was great having the washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms! Pretty quiet neighborhood since it was at the end of a cul-de-sac. Only issue we had was with the guys staying below us. They got a little loud at 3am the first night and woke us all up. We asked them to keep it quiet and they did after that and we had.no further issues Definitely needs some soundproofing. Was nice that we had the backyard for our dog with easy access from the back deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Beau weekend à Ocean City

Beau condo, bien aménagé et très bien situé. À 10 min à pied de la plage. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 adolescents. Nous avons apprécié l’aménagement des chambre. Literie propre et neuve, lits confortable. Grand salon et cuisine petite mais efficace. Un beau plus: laveuse sécheuse gratuite à l’intérieur du condo. Tout était très propre. Hôte très sympathique et communication facile et efficace. Merci Anne Marie ! Si nous revenons à Ocean City, c’est certain que nous vous contacterons !

Not what we were expecting

place was not what we had hoped for. we had to go buy aheets for 4 beds and supply ourselves with bathing towels. the pillows were disgusting. they were brown in some spots definitelydrool marks from prior people... The kitchen floor was not mopped. i used the coffee pot and it started bubbling in the back when i looked at it there was dirt and and black particles coming out. the couches were very dirty and used. They had that greasy feeling on them..... If the property supplied sheets, freah pillows and a good cleaner it would be the perfect spot.

Ocean City Getaway

Very nice condo and was very clean.. Unit was located on a dead end street so it was very quiet. Everything was close by or a short drive. Our only complaint would be that the building was suppose to be smoke free. We all smoked outside, the unit below did not. And they were not smoking cigarettes, so the smell of pot at least 5 times a day for the entire week was a real turn off. If it would have been occasionally, we wouldn't have minded. But not every day, all day. The unit below also did not obey any of the condo rules regarding parking. At one point, they had at least 4 different vehicles there, parked wherever they wanted. We didn't raise a fuss in order to keep the peace. If it wasn't for the group staying in unit 1, the trip would have been amazing!

Loved it! Worth every penny!

A wonderful place to stay, loved everything about it and Annemarie was fantastic to work with, coordinate with and communicate with. Would definitely recommend! Good location, apt was perfect, absolutely no concerns. Price reasonable.
