The Space:

This townhome is located on 14th street bayside in the gated community of Harbor Island.



This unit only rents to families and groups over 25 years of age.



Cleaning fee includes full linen packages- towels/ sheets / kitchen/ bath/etc.

You will only need beach / pool towels.



Community Pool - Each group will receive 6 key fobs to enter either pool area. No saving of pool chairs.



Step inside your second floor access directly into a beautifully decorated and fully updated open concept kitchen, dining and living area in an open concept for the whole family to enjoy. There is a beautiful outdoor deck on this level that overlooks the bay and is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.



The third floor offers 2 comfortable, spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite and complete with crisp linens. Full sized washer and dryer are also located on the third floor.



Lower level features the perfect space for young families with a third bedroom including stationary crib and a twin daybed with trundle in the shared space. Additionally there is a fully updated bathroom on this level.
