Great staff was quite helpful. However, at check-in I was informed that on site parking would cost me $20 a night. Otherwise, I could use “free” parking that was 11/2 blocks away or try to get street parking. Also, I arrived about 2 hours early and was told I could check into my room early for a $20 user fee!!

It was my first time staying at this property and I was impressed. I’ve been to Ocean City countless times, but we decided to change it up this year. The hotel was located right in the middle of everything you could need, and for the most part, at a walkable distance. The walkability is incredibly important because you’re going to want to park your car and not touch it. The parking situation was the only downside. There are only a handful of street parking spots near the hotel, but they have a parking lot a block or two away that you can utilize and walk to the hotel. Besides that, everything was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would stay here again for sure!

My opinion small room. Not great parking. Had to pay an extra 45 bucks for premier parking which allowed us to park right across the alley. Overflow lot was 2 blocks away. Very small indoor swimming pool.

I really liked the fact that it's right on the beach. I mean, literally steps away from the beach. It's on the boardwalk at 11th Street and the tram does run that far to the inlet. So, you can leave your car there, and ride the tram to the inlet. There's plenty of shops and places to eat right in that area. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the pillows were too fat. And there's no dishes in the kitchenette in the room. The indoor pool is heated, so, just an FYI. They do have an outdoor pool. Otherwise it's not too bad

Great oceanfront location on the boardwalk, next to Brass Balls Saloon. Loved the large balcony with 6 seat patio table. Most staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable, however theam who checked us in did not share key informatiom about parking or how to operate the lights in the room. We learned / figured out that you need to leave rhe hotel key card in a special outlet to turn on lights. That person working was not helpful, but other staff members were helpful and friendly. The only other weird thing was bubbles in the hot tub - it looked like a bubble bath; not appealing. Not sure if that happens all the time or if it was a fluke during my stay, but i did not use the hot tub because of it.

The only problem I had with this hotel was limited parking. They have a small lot across the street, but you have to ask for that premium parking, and it’s $20 per night. Otherwise you are parking 2 blocks away.

Never had a bad stay there. They let you check-in early, front desk staff great. Pool awesome. Wish we could turn off the balcony light at night while sitting outside. But….if I’m paying $26 dollars a day for “ premium” I would expect there to be some kind of security cameras out there. Will my truck was hit. (Whole side of my truck bed caved in.) but no cameras, so could not see who hit my truck. That’s why the poor ratings.

It was great stay. Everyone was friendly. But parking was hard unless you paid 21.00 for their parking. When in their description did not say that. If you didn’t want to pay that the you had to park two streets away from them.

They state free parking but there are only about 8 free spots near the hotel, the other spots are about a block or two away from the hotel. They charge 22.00 for parking by the hotel if those spots are full. The air conditioning in the room did not work well and the toilet also broke while we were there.

A lovely stay
We had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony on the second floor. There was a sturdy table with chairs on the balcony too, which was a nice bonus. This is a great location close to the boardwalk. If you're lucky enough to get parking beside the building like we did, you won't have to park a block away. The elevator was not working when we were there, but it wasn't an issue since we were on the second floor.

Unfortunately when we entered our room overall it was clean but the toilet was not, and we called immediately, and it was resolved quickly. The elevator was out of service the entire 3 nights of our stay, and although we are able, it was not desirable to climb several flights of stairs multiple times. The shower head was not strong. However, the hotel never lost power during the storm and we had daily refreshing of towels - the refrigerator was very cold, and all appliances were in good working order.

We do truly apologize for the elevator breakdown. We notified the service company immediately and they unfortunately needed to order a part that was not in their local inventory. We do have a pest control company that services the building on a regular continuing basis - and they have been notified.

This was our first family vacation to Ocean City! The place across the street had parties every night, but we didn’t hear a thing! Great bonus for all- never want to complain about people having fun. The staff was very gracious and friendly and the crapes at the restaurant on floor one was a major plus. Everything was perfect besides a few patches of sand in our room, but that’s expected in every beach hotel we stay at. Great location, and the convenience of 2 pools. Def staying here again!

great location and ocean view was wonderful. Plenty of towels were supplied. Front desk personnel were efficient. property was shoddier looking in reality than the pictures depicted. Rooftop pool was nice but the access door is nearly impossible to open. The room was mostly clean, but the top of the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned in a very long time and other less obvious surfaces had been ignored. The bed linens appeared to be clean, but there were random hairs on the sheets. If the cleaning staff gave just a little more effort to details, guests would feel much more comfortable.

The hotel was okay. Super convenient location. Parking is relatively close to the property so I don’t think it is as bad as some other reviews said. One of the lots for parking does not have hotel signs so it is confusing. The rooms are not sound proofed at all as we could hear people taking or flushing toilet in the room next door. But overall given the cost it was a good choice.

I liked being right on the board walk. the beach was right there!! My balcony had a perfect view and nice outdoor furniture I hated their beds Their mattresses were old with no support The drawers were broken inside and the kitchen had no pots or pans! The staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately there were several elevator issues so we had to use the emergency stairs
