The Space: Enter the first-floor open space where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 4, and living area with sofa, pillows, throw blankets and comfortable swivel chair. Ceiling fan in kitchen and living room. 65” Roku TV with strong WiFi provided. Spacious, modern powder room on the first floor. There is a small space under the stairs with extra linen, pillow, games & books for your use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create delectable meals, including a new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and cooktop oven. A Keurig coffee maker with stater pods is available. In addition, a traditional 12-cup carafe coffeepot and filters are also provided – just bring your favorite ground coffee with you. Fully stocked Cuisinart cookware, toaster oven, griddle and regular toaster are provided to mention some of the many amenities.

Walk out to the deck and enjoy the canal-front view. Boat slip available at an additional fee of $300. (Bonus – A private charter captain may be available, to hire for fishing charters or sunset boat rides on the bay). Deck table and seating for 4 with 2 extra chairs. Huge cantilever umbrellas offers great sun protection during the day & solar lights illuminate the deck at night. Electric grill available for your chef to prepare a delectable meal. The second floor has 2 bedrooms tastefully decorated – a master with a queen bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed – twin over a double bed. Each bedroom has its own Roku TV and AC control. Luxury bed and fluffy bath linens with brand new hotel collection mattresses guarantee a wonderful night’s sleep. Wooden luggage stands are available for your convenience in each bedroom. Extra blankets available. ***Please note - the occupants of the 2nd bedroom can only access the upstairs bathroom through the master bedroom. There is no common corridor on the 2nd floor.

Master bathroom has dual sinks, glass shower doors and custom tile flooring. Plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths included. New washer and dryer on 2nd floor.
