Our coastal property offers an open floor plan with brand new furnishings and over 2,700-square-feet worth of space tastefully designed for supreme comfort during your stay. The fully-equipped modern kitchen and adjoining dining areas offer seating for 18 guests. The main level also includes a large private furnished deck with ocean views accessible from the living room... Just perfect to spread a large family or group of friends.
A four-story masterpiece, our luxury townhouse features high-end finishes at every turn: a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with expansive island, big capacity refrigerator (28.2 cu ft.), plenty storage space, and two (2) dishwashers; a dry bar with ice maker and two (2) mini fridges; living area with balcony; laundry room; private elevator that connects the first three floors; five (5) plush bedrooms (including a master bedroom with private balcony); five (5) full bathrooms; private heated pool (open from approximately mid-May to Oct. 1st); outdoor shower (fully enclosed); and a outdoor grilling area equipped with a Weber grill. Every area is designed to create the most comfortable layout for the whole family and beyond.
Every bedroom comes equipped with its own smart TV, ceiling fan, closet, and blackout shades. Also the 4th floor features a large lounge area, ideal for enjoying some playtime with the youngest family members. We offer three zones of HVAC, high capacity washer and dryer, Dyson vacuum, ironing board/steam iron, and high-speed WiFi.
We know we live in challenging times so we have accommodate a stylish home-office in our master bedroom equipped with a computer monitor (22”) and wireless keyboard. We have included the highest-speed WiFi available in OC - perfect for streaming, remote learning, and video calls.
Thinking of your convenience, we have included (at NO additional cost) premium linens, a set of bath towels, and a pool towel. All beds are fully arrange and fluffed prior your arrival.
