Summary:
This 2BR 2BA has amazing unobstructed views of the ocean/beach from every room. Located on the 1st floor, but it's an elevated 1st floor so you can watch the sunrise every day! In unit laundry. Walking distance to grocery store, 7-11, Coffee Beanery. Walk to the best restaurants in town like Liquid Assets, Lombardi's, Bull on the Beach, Blue Fish, and a quick drive to Ropewalk, Hooked, and the Hobbit! Come stay and have the best views in OC!

Guest Access:
Door code emailed from Beach Haus Vacations several times leading up to your arrival. 5 days out, 2 days out and then day prior. Please check spam folder if you do not see them in your email. Also, renter agreement must be signed in order for arrival instructions to be sent out.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

I would stay again! The location is a short walk to beach, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Loved the sunrises and sunsets. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. Interior looks newly renovated.

We rented this condo prior to its renovation, primarily for the location. And we hit the jackpot that it had undergone a complete makeover. It is absolutely beautiful! The kitchen is very well stocked; beds are comfy; and the place is spotless. The hosts are so gracious and responsive. We loved everything about it.

We stayed here for 5 days. Amazing location, right at the beach access. This condo had everything you would need! Grocery store was a 3 minute drive. We walked to all the local restaurants & 7/11 is a 2 minute walk for any little things you may need in a pinch! If there was any down side it would be that you are right at the beach access so people are constantly being dropped off & picked up right under your balcony so there is no balcony privacy. We did not mind this at all as we are "people watching" people & loved watching all the people coming & going. The assigned parking spot is an absolute plus! I loved that the door just needs a code so there is no need to worry about keys. There were a couple of beach chairs in the closet that were available. We bought a big beach umbrella & left that in the closet too! We had an amazing time & Jody (the host) was super quick to respond when we had any questions. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone. As a matter of fact, my daughter shared the link with her boss when we got back!!Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Spent a family vacation here. 4 adults and 2 kids. This condo was perfect. We had an amazing stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and it's own bathroom. the 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds and a pullout twin bed/chair. There is also another bathroom. The living room has a full size murphy bed under the TV. We were right on the beach. We loved sitting on the porch and looking at the ocean. The condo was very spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware, and anything you would need. You can tell the condo has been recently remodeled. Everything was very new and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Steps from the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location and view! The owners were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the updated furniture, modern bathrooms, and renovated kitchen, which made the place feel fresh and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

My husband, two boys (11 & 9), myself and my in laws stayed in the two bedroom condo. There was a queen size bed in the master, bunk beds in the second, and a murphy bed under the tv in the livingroom. There were two bathrooms which was wonderful with six people in one place. The kitchen seemed to have anything youd need to cook anything. The condo was newly renovated with new furniture and updated everything! It was so clean and bright!! The balcony was great, enough room to scoot over the table and get my yoga in without sand digging into handa and feet. We went in early june so the weather was a bit gray for the first three days, my kids were still on the beach with their boogie boards, (just across the dunes) I just wore a hoodie down to the sand! The curtains are thick and blocked out the sun for late risers and there were dressers in each room to put away our things. The building felt very safe with locals and renters mixed in. The main door has a code to get in and so did the door to the condo itself. There was an elevator and a stairwell and since its on the first floor it took about the same amount of time to get to the first unit with either one unless your carrying a bunch of stuff. The condo had the perfect amount of space for our group. Each unit has one parking spot numbered under the building sreet parking is hard to find. I parked in acme lot across the street first night until one opened up. It was perfect for us and I would 100% book again!!! -
