This is a family rental unit directly on the boardwalk and 19th. Guests love the location at 19th street and boardwalk. Steps to the beach. Free Wifi added!

Please do not request a stay if you are a group of friends. No high school or college groups - family rental only.

Sleeps eight. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, living room & big front porch with full ocean view. You must bring your own bed linens and paper products. Cleaning products are in the condo for the kitchen and bathroom.

You must clean the condo upon leaving. Guests must clean for the following renters since we do not have a cleaning service. This is a private family owned condo, so we take great care to keep it clean each year.

No smoking, pets or unaccompanied minors allowed.

Condo rules will not allow rental to college or high school students.

Keys will be mailed after final payment 1 - 2 weeks before your stay. Contact me with questions about available weeks, possible long weekends, prices in the off season, cleaning, etc....

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday in prime weeks. Off season long weekends available to rent. Please contact to see if a shorter week is available.

We do not rent to high school students - families only.

"We couldn't ask for a more convenient condo to stay in. Directly on the quiet end of the boardwalk. Comfortable beds. Condo stocked with most of what you would use at your own home. There was 8 of us, all adults, and had enough room to maneuver around without being on top of each other. Highly recommend!!!"

"Location, Location, Location
Clearly, that's the right location on 19th and boardwalk. It's a simple condo but comfortable and clean. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us, which included 3 teenagers, 2 adults and a kiddo. There is no dishwasher or washing machine (washing machine and dryer in the basement, coin operated), so if you're ok with that, you will love it. We loved being able to walk out to the beach every morning and come back for quick coffee and bites, extremely convenient. Also loved loved having immediate access to the boardwalk. That was key for our teenage boys going in and out on their own. You would think it'd be loud at night being on the boardwalk, but we couldn't hear anything! Bill was extremely responsive."

"I have been going to OC, MD for 40+ years and love it there. It has so much to offer: beach, ocean, great restaurants and bars, live music, and lots of activities for kids. The location of Bill's condo is perfect! It is right on the boardwalk where the stores begin, but is not quite in the crazy, crowded zone. His condo is well stocked and appointed with more amenities than one would expect for a rental property. There was lots of storage for clothes and food plus more than enough hooks for hanging towels. The beds were comfy, he had lots of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything you need to make any meal. Best of all is the front porch overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean. He has two high top tables and 8 chairs that were the perfect height for a great view. Bill was helpful and gracious. I will most definitely return. Thanks for a great vacation spot!"

You must clean after your stay for the next renters. All cleaning products are supplied in the condo.
