Great Oceanfront Condo with balcony for those Ocean City sunrises! Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the beach and ocean! Condo includes any upgrades including stainless steel appliances and tile flooring. Relax in the bar height adirondack chairs on the private oceanfront balcony and listen to the sounds of the ocean, waves, etc. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a Twin bed. There are a Queen sleep sofa and a Day bed in the living room, so this unit sleeps 6 people comfortably. Property includes 1 assigned parking space, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, cable TV and a Smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.). Located in midtown Ocean City in the Sunrise East building, this condo is surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores and is a in a perfect location. This condo is on the first floor of the building, but you have to go upstairs since parking is located on the mail level. The building does not have an elevator.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $108.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
