Located at the Tide's Edge, this charming condo presents an updated interior featuring all new luxury vinyl planking, new carpet, a beautiful dining room chandelier, a desk space, three TVs, and an ocean-view balcony. Days on the beach are made easy with just steps to the shore. This rental is just a short stroll from Northside Park, where you can paddleboard, fish, use the playground, or go crabbing. Enjoy having a wide array of local eateries and shops within walking distance. To discover more beauty and attractions of the region, pay a visit to Fenwick Island State Park or Jolly Roger Amusement Park.

Unwind after fun-filled days in the welcoming living area, fitted with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a love seat, a desk with an all-in-one computer, and a TV. The pristine kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and a kitchen island. When meals are ready, dine together at the table.

The primary suite is appointed with a king-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Take in fabulous ocean views from the private balcony.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved it! Will book again. Perfect balcony and view, you can hear the waves crashing at night. Easy parking and access to place. I loved the telescope in the living room, you can look out to the beach/waves. It was an amazing place, I am so glad we found it!

Great location

This condo is right on the beach. It’s well maintained and in a neighborhood with stores and restaurants very close. There was a problem with the linen supplier and we had to go buy sheets and towels. They indicated we would be credited for it but had not been credited 4 days later when we checked out. Just hope it doesn’t turn into an issue to get paid. Overall it was good but a few things were disappointing. It’s advertised as having cable tv. Unfortunately it is only basic cable so many channels like CNN, MSNBC, Bravo, etc are not available.Only local networks and PBS. The door locking system requires a very long numerical access code so everyone in your party must carry a code with them. Very cumbersome. Several times we had issues with someone parking in our assigned space.

Lovely condo, convenient location

Our condo was well stocked with everything to make it feel like home and the beach was only yards away. Our beautiful rental was the perfect home base for our beach adventures and touring Ocean City.

This was a great location, literally less than 100 steps from the beach. Our only problem was that the bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced.

Perfect location. Beautiful and clean property.

Didn’t leave this review until I booked for next year. Property perfectly situated on the beach, close to north side park and every amenity you could possibly need. Impeccably clean, a pretty notable accomplishment for a beach front unit. Modern and well stocked kitchen. Both bathrooms are newer and clean and in perfect working order. Felt comfortable allowing our teenage girls to walk alone to local shops. Cannot wait for 2022 trip!!! Thank you to the owners, turnkey and the cleaning staff

Nice condo, great view.

Easy in and easy out process. Shower grout and walls need to be address as the shower had some discoloration starting in the grout snd perhaps some mold near the ceiling. The faucet handle fell off ans when we notified them they were aware of it but perhaps they should have told me ahead of time.

Great location that has everything you need.

We loved this condo. The beach is right outside your door. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and spacious. It is walking distance from Fractured Prune, Uber Bagel, and Abbey Burger. We even made the walk to Treasure Island Mini Golf, which we highly recommend. It is closer to the Delaware side so the traffic is calm and it's quiet at night. Perfect for listening to the waves outside the sliding door. It's about 6 miles to the boardwalk which isn't bad. Parking can be a pain, but you have enough room at the condo for two vehicles so it's a nice trade off. Only downside was the remotes. This place is well equipped with 4 TV's, but most of the remotes didn't work perfectly. We managed cause we spent very little time actually in the condo but if you get a rainy day it could get frustrating. All in all it was a great trip and a wonderful condo!

Great location and view of ocean

This condo is in a great location in the northern, more quiet part of Ocean City. It is close to many great restaurants and attractions. The Board Walk is a short drive away and it's only 30 minutes to Assateague State Park. The ocean is literally right in front of your balcony where you can see dolphins swimming and playing. Check in and check out is simple and convenient. It is decently stocked; except bring toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap because the amount provided is inadequate. Unfortunately, the condo is in need of a deep cleaning. Actually, upon arriving, we had to clean the toilets, which is really unacceptable. Upholstery, drapes, walls and floors need to be scrubbed. Even the front door is grimy. We had to place towels on the couches to feel comfortable sitting on them. It would also be helpful for beach chairs to be provided for guests. Every other beach condo I've stayed at provides beach chairs. I do have to say that the balcony furniture was great. Overall, our stay was great and we learned to overlook the lack of up keep on this property; however, the managing company is getting ripped off by their cleaning crew and many guests could feel the same about their rent and cleaning fees for substandard work.

Beautiful and welcoming

From the minute we arrived we were blown away by the beauty of the condo and the beach. There was room for everyone. The kitchen worked well, showers were a little off. One didn't get too hot and the other has low pressure. But still great! Would recommend to anyone and certainly stay again!

Nice family outing!

The place was great overall. The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms and kitchen were nice. Brought my wife, 2 year old and infant for a weekend getaway and it was perfect.
