Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with 400-thread-count bedding and room-darkening shades.

• Bedroom 2: Two XL twin beds with 400-thread-count bedding, room-darkening shades, and a 32-inch Roku TV in Guest Mode.

• An additional fold-out single air mattress is available for a fifth guest.

• The condo has 1.5 baths, with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer provided.

The fully equipped galley kitchen includes a Keurig coffee station, coffee, blender, toaster, microwave, electric stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, cookware, dishes, and dining table.

You will have fast Xfinity WiFi, a dedicated ergonomic workspace, mini-split air conditioning and heat, an in-unit washer and free dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, books and reading material, and board games.

Step outside to your large private furnished patio with an outdoor dining area. Beach essentials are provided, including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach cart, cooler, beach fence, and beach bag. For younger guests, a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, bed rails, standalone highchair, and children’s dinnerware are available upon request.

All pets are welcome with no size restriction.

• Building Character: The Sea Urchin OC is a classic 1970s beach building with unique character. Expect small bathrooms and gently uneven floors, which contribute to its coastal charm.

• Mini-Split Noise: The bedroom mini-splits can make a soft gurgling sound as they cycle. This is normal for the system and does not affect cooling, but earplugs are supplied in case you need them.

• Bathtub: The bathtub is original to the building and shows some wear. It is clean and fully functional, just not new.

• Capacity: The condo is best suited for up to 4 adults (it can be a bit snug) or a family of 4. It can sleep 5 if you don’t mind close quarters.

• Entertainment: We provide Xfinity WiFi. There is no cable TV; instead, you'll find two Smart TVs with Roku in Guest Mode, allowing you to log into your own.
