Uusi listaus - 3 mh 3BA Ocean Block yksikkö merinäköalalla!

Tämä suuri 1725 neliömetrin yksikkö sisältää 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneissa on king-vuode, queen-vuode, kahden hengen kerrossänky sekä queen-vuodesohva ja mahtuu 8 henkilöä. Tämä laite sijaitsee vain 1/2 korttelin päässä rannalta ja sijaitsee kätevästi moniin Ocean Cityn tarjoamiin nähtävyyksiin. Vain muutaman korttelin päässä kuuluisan rantakadun, Ocean Cityn kokouskeskuksen, Jolly Rogersin, minigolfin ja monien upeiden baareiden ja ravintoloiden alusta! Se on myös strateginen sijainti tapahtumakeskuksessa, Ocean Cityn sisääntulossa, West Ocean Cityssä ja Salisburyssä.
Tässä kauniissa yksikössä on suuri täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniitti työtasot. Jokaisessa huoneessa on myös poreallas, takka, taulu-tv kaikissa huoneissa ja langaton internetyhteys. On suuri parveke, jossa on useita rokkareita ja piknik-pöytä ulkona syömiseen ja kesän tuulen nauttimiseen. Tähän majoituspaikkaan kuuluu kaksi varattua pysäköintitilaa ja se on täydellinen valinta auton / moottoripyörän tapahtumiin. Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee vieressä vieressä 3 hengen huoneen yksikköä vuokraamme ja sopii erinomaisesti suurille perheille tai perheille, jotka haluavat lomailla yhdessä!

Tule yöpymään tässä upeassa yksikössä, nauti suurista rannoista ja luo omia Ocean City -muistoja!

Beautiful Beach Condo

The beach condo was large, clean, and gorgeously decorated. It feels like a great deal of love and care was put into each piece of decor in the condo. A convenient 400 foot walk to the beach. Terrace has ocean views! We definitely look forward to going back!

Steps from the beach and ocean this great unit makes you feel like you neverleft home Spacious and well appointed We spent a week w my 3 year old, 16 mos year old grand children and their parents We never felt like we were in each other’s way Kitchen w pots pans and all utensils u need. Great side view of the ocean from balcony equipped w 4 rocking chairs and picnic table. Located a short walk to restaurants Jolly Roger about 8 blocks to the boardwalk I always had my doubt about VRBO’s and AB&B but this unit wiped away all those fears Couldn’t have been any better Would b our go to should we go back to OC next year

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, very comfortable and spacious, with an amazing view of the ocean and the bay from the large balcony. Very close to the beach, which was great, and free parking for 2 cars! The 3rd bedroom does not have bunk beds, as pictured. They've been set up as 2 twin beds, which was fine for our group. One note, check out instructions say all dishes must be washed, dried, and put away before you leave. That was kind of inconvenient, since you have to be out by 10. I've Never rented a place where we couldn't put the breakfast dishes in the dishwasher and leave it running when we left. Overall, an excellent condo, and we'd love to come back!

Amazing property

We had a great experience with both the property owners and staying in this condo. The condo was extremely clean and in a great location. Assigned parking allowed us to never be concerned about finding a spot. We absolutely loved the large balcony and sat on it almost every night looking at the ocean. The only thing to be aware of is that the pictures show a set of bunkbeds, and when we arrived the beds were two twin beds. Because we had three children staying in that room we had counted on the bunkbeds and brought our own air mattress. We easily shifted the beds to make space, but it was just different than the pics. There was also a cot in the closet that we could’ve used. I loved the security of the building in that you need a code to get onto the elevator, and then the code to your room. We would absolutely stay here again! It was wonderful in all aspects!

Very nice condo in great location

This condo is very nice. The location is great within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Comfortable beds and seating. The photos do not reflect a new, large, sectional sofa in the living room which provides more seating than the photos show. There are also two chairs in the living room. This building is steps from the beach and there's a view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. A few things to note. You will need to bring toilet paper and shampoo/soap. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 but it was late so they gave us an additional hour for checkout. We were coming for a three-day music festival that was canceled due to Hurricane Ian and severe weather. We could not get any refund so I recommend getting the insurance. We thought they would have allowed us to pick another date but they did not. Aside from that, it was a really good experience. Barn 34 restaurant is right at the end of the street and is REALLY good.

The condo was awesome. Location Was perfect, a few yards from the beach, no traffic to deal with, property was perfect and super clean, amusement park is just 3 blocks away, and tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Will definitely book this again in the future.
