    • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.


    • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.


    • Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.




    • Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Not sure if the photos online were Photoshop, but the condo did not look anything like the photos. The owner might want to get a new cleaning service. Especially for the bathrooms. The faucet in the master bedroom bathroom is not attached and the sink and the bathtub does not drain correctly. In the other bathroom, there is mold on the shower curtain. On the deck, the furniture appears to be very old and one of the tables has rust on it. The TV in the master bedroom could at least be 40 inch. Also, we had to go out and buy batteries for one of the remotes.The mattress on the bunk bed is not a regular mattress but instead is like a mattress you would put on a cot. I could list several other items, but I think this is enough to show I was not pleased. Thank you.
