Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features all-new flat-screen Smart TVs with high-speed WiFi (BYO logins for streaming) and Nest smart locks for secure, keyless entry.

Living Room: Features a Smart TV and two full-size pull-out sleeper sofas.

Dining: A comfortable dining table that seats six.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with an ice maker, microwave, cookware, and dishware. We provide a `jumpstart` supply of dish soap and trash bags.

Bedrooms: 1 King (Master), 1 Queen (Bedroom 2), and a Bunk Room with 2 Full beds. All rooms include closets and organizers.

Linens & Bath: We provide full bed linens (fitted/flat sheets, pillowcases, blankets) and bath towels. A starter kit of toiletries is included (not restockable).

Double Front Porches: My personal favorite spot to enjoy the coastal breeze and morning coffee!

Fenced Backyard: A shared space featuring a patio, solar lights, and a table for four.

Grilling: A standard blue charcoal grill is available. Please bring your own charcoal and utilize the provided cleaning supplies before and after use.

Parking: One free designated space directly in front of the home, plus one shared guest space (first-come, first-served).

Parking registration is mandatory; a form will be sent prior to arrival. Ample free off-street parking is also available nearby.

Management Fee: Your booking includes a fee that covers professional cleaning, guest insurance, and HOA fees.

Welcome to Sunset Beach Bliss! To ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please review our house policies and operational details below:

House Rules & Policies:
★★ Booking Requirements ★★
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book this property.

Senior Week Policy: We are a family-oriented community and do not accept inquiries or bookings for high school seniors or Senior Week groups.

★★ Pet Policy ★★
Requirements: Maximum of one dog (up to 75 lbs.). Per OCMD regulations, dogs are only allowed on the beach/boardwalk from Oct 1st – April 30th. They are not permitted on the beach in summer.

Fees: A pet fee is required. Please ensure the pet fee is included in your total price breakdown before finalizing your payment.

Shared Yard: This is a shared fenced space. Ensure exterior gates are securely locked before letting your pet out. Never leave pets unattended or leashed to furniture.

Pet Hygiene: Do not bathe pets in the showers. Please keep pets off all furniture and beds. Use the provided handheld vacuum for pet hair and the robot vacuum at the end of your stay.

Waste: Pick up waste immediately, double bag it, and dispose of it in the green trashcan (317A) on the side of the house.

Supplies: Food/water bowls are provided under the kitchen sink. Please clean and return them there before you leave.

​Cameras: Exterior Ring cameras (video/audio) monitor entry points, driveway, and backyard. No cameras inside.
​Noise: `Minut` decibel monitors (living & entertainment rooms) ensure neighborhood peace. They do not record audio.

★★ Peace of Mind & Security ★★
To ensure our home and amenities remain in top condition for every guest, a $500 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. This is processed as a temporary hold and is fully released within 14 days of departure, provided no damages occur.

Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
