The Space:

Walk the road less traveled to Ocean City's best-kept secret! This newly-renovated condo is secluded in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to absolutely everything, including both the ocean and the bay. Spend your days on the sand and savor the beauty of the sunset from the bayside docks. Enjoy the welcoming interior decorated with cute coastal accents and equipped with essential amenities like central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. At mealtimes, choose between a plethora of nearby restaurants or prepare something at home in the full kitchen - a quick stroll will bring you to a grocery store so that you can stock the fridge. Dine at the high-top kitchen table or enjoy a cool breeze at the patio table on the private deck. Guests of this home will also have access to shared indoor and outdoor pools plus tennis and racquetball courts. Things to know Outdoor shower High-speed WiFi is available. Streaming services available with guests' accounts. Children's books and games available for guest use. Four beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for guest use. Queen-size sofa bed in the living area This home is on the Ocean City Beach Bus route; a $3 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride for 24 hours starting at 6:00 a.m. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location and clean

This house was a great spot for our trip. The pool was great and the tennis courts were fun to have. The walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes so it’s a great spot. Also a lot of good restaurants in walking distance. It’s definitely a tight fit inside with four adults but overall a great place to stay.

Hot tub!

Hot tub is great for cooler nights at the beach. Plenty of space small or larger groups. Kitchen seems really new and stocked with plenty of kitchen items.

Would recommend

Very clean! Near some restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store and the beach, How ever there was no beach umbrella and we could not find an access to the bay as listed and we had to call and get the house number being they only provided an address to the main entrance of the villa. Over all a beautiful place.

Best vacation condo ever!

Wow… just wow!!! I love everything about this place! The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms clean and definitely updated recently! Tons of room for people to stay, even the pull out couch was comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was just so clean! Lastly, it was perfect walking distance to the beach even for our kids. 5++ stars! Can’t wait to come back.

Best condo in OC!

We loved everything about this condo! The pictures don’t do it justice. It is beautiful! Fully stocked kitchen, very clean, and the chairs, wagon and toys provided for the beach were perfect. The outdoor shower made our return from the beach so convenient to clean up after. It’s location is perfect too, so close to the beach, bay and restaurants. We definitely will return!

Best spot for a weekend getaway!

Our stay was perfect! We went to ocean city to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and Valentine’s Day. The place is located near Fast Eddies, The Original Crab Cake Factory, WAWA, and more. If you want to walk to locations instead of driving.. you can! Which we like a lot. It is such a nice area and no disturbances. The place was very neat and tidy. The only issue I had was that the hot tub did not get as hot as we hoped for. But, other than that it was perfect! Totally recommending this stay to others :) -Aisa

Great stay in Ocean City

This condo had all the amenities you needed. It was located away from the busier section of Ocean City. However, everything was close such as restaurants, the beach, and the grocery store. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet. No need to bring beach things..they had them. The hot tub didn’t get above 96 and only 2 jets worked but it wasn’t that huge of a deal for us. We did struggle with the gate lock which I let them know about. Hopefully a better solution will be provided for future renters. All in all, I would highly recommend the location and I would return.

Great stay with a few minor issues

The property was beautiful and clean as advertised. The king size bed was super comfortable. A few things to note for future visitors. The stairs were all snow-covered and a bit slippery on our arrival and because of the cold temperatures remain that way until the last day. The guest bathroom had a major ant issue. And lastly, the hot tub, which was our main draw for the stay, had a lot of debris and suspicious items floating in the water which made the whole hot tub experience, un enjoyable.

Absolutely awesome

This condo was absolutely adorable. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated with good quality furniture and bedding. The owners really thought of everything. We saved a lot of room in our cars because they provided big items like a beach wagon, four beach chairs, two boogie boards and beach toys for our grandchildren. Also they provided a high chair and porta-crib as well! The location was perfect and easy to walk to restaurants, the grocery store and of course the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub as well! We highly recommend this condo for your family vacation.

Mother- Daughter Getaway:)

This unit is one of the most well maintained, you can tell as soon as you pull into the parking space- fresh paint, nice outside shower area, even a hot tub (we didn’t use) but very nice! Home is nicely decorated & very well kept. Kitchen is well appointed, Beds were very comfortable & it was nice to have (2) Full Bathrooms & a washer and dryer!!! Perfect size for our getaway. Also this unit is close to the outdoor pool & the walk to the beach isn’t too far. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank You!!! Linda & Kristen- Lititz, PA August 2022

Great location and space for our family

We were very happy with the location and space that we had. Nery child friendly amenities in the home. There was everything you could think of in the kitchen. There was even beach items we could use, including a wagon, beach toys, chairs, boogie board. The hot tub was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. Quire neighborhood. Close to the beach. The only negative was that there was underwear and a bra under the sink in the master bathroom and small hairs on the sink. When we reached out to the host to clean they never made arrangements to come clean for us. Overall we had a great experience and would stay there again if we had a faster response to the cleaning concern.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the immaculate condition and tasteful decor of the space. The condo was not only spotless but also beautifully furnished, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Just a short walk away from the beach and bay. It was incredibly convenient to have such quick and easy access to the beach, allowing for spontaneous walks along the shore and breathtaking sunrises. The condo is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is modern and stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area is spacious and perfect for relaxing after a day of activities, with comfortable seating and a large TV for entertainment. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the hosts. They provided plenty of extra towels, beach chairs, and kids toys for beach days. There were also thoughtful touches like board games and books, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Whether you're looking for a quiet evening in or a night out exploring the local scene, the location offers the best of both worlds. Overall, my stay at this Condo was nothing short of perfect. It's an ideal choice for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and beautifully maintained place to stay in Ocean City with or without little ones. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable beach getaway!
