Waterfront ground level efficiency condo on Robin Drive (28th St.) with boat ramp and slip - bring the boat or jet skis! This canal front condo is approx. 7/10 of a mile from the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a very quick drive or an 18-20 minute walk. First floor condo has a king sized bed and a daybed so you can sleep 3 people comfortably. Enjoy complimentary high speed internet/wifi and a smart TV in the living room so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) This condo is at the west end of Robin Dr. so you are not in all the hustle and bustle, but you are still a short walk or drive to everything. You'll be close to several restaurants and bars and there is even mini golf at the end of the street. You're also just minutes away from Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and tons of other places. Please note that there is no trailer parking on the premises or street so if you bring a boat/jet ski, you will have to make other arrangements for trailer parking. Please reach out to us prior to booking to make sure you boat will fit. Generally anything 21' or less is fine. Boat ramp is small and is best for jet skis or a small boat only.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $67.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
