Spacious with a good view

Great for a multi generation family that needs space and family space. The view from the dock was nice and the area was quiet. Worked great for some rest and relaxation, but close enough to the beach to be very drivable to the beach and the baby.

Spring break

Spring break with my family was great here. The house had more than enough space. We also enjoyed being on the water😊 The house had everything we needed.

This home was the best home my family and I have ever stayed at in OC. Perfect location, my daughters swam in the canal every day for HOURS! The home was very clean, spacious for my family of 7.

Great clean updated house with Canal and own private boat launch! Plenty of parking and fantastic amenities! 2 Seperate living rooms for Kids and Adults to space out and fantastic outdoor area with grill and fun for all!

Beautiful Home and Lot

I stayed at this lovely home for a quick girls weekend away and it was so wonderful! The lot was beyond beautiful with a very welcoming backyard and screened in porch. Being right on the water is just another amazing feature about this house. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and everything needed to cook. The location is close enough to the beach, but far enough away to be away from the busyness of the area. Lots of great restaurant and shops right by the house too! Can’t wait to return to this amazing house!

Amazing Time!

Exeter Road Daydream truly exceeded our expectations. Our family enjoyed crabbing from the dock, boating, and visiting on the breezy porch. There was gobs of space for everyone to spread out. We loved how close the property was to restaurants and Ocean City. Daily walks on the boardwalk were an added bonus and a lot of fun. We will definitely be back!

Better than a Daydream

This was such a nice place with so many positive things. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the bay from the canal. The furnishings are all new and everything worked wonderfully. The screened back porch overlooking the canal made evenings very enjoyable. It is located just 5 minutes to the boardwalk and beaches and just 1 minute to numerous restaurants and the outlet mall. Definitely will return and make this the place I always stay.

The house is very spacious and in a great location it was near stores and restaurants. BUT the entire area was flooded due to high tide and we couldn’t get an uber because of the flooding. Also there were lots of ants in the kitchen and in the bedroom's. I sent a text and pictures of the ants and the flooding and all I got was a reply saying everything was noted. That was it.

This home was spacious and up-to-date..I really enjoyed the back yard and the water... my only disappointment was that 4 neighbors on this street had F#÷@ Biden flags which made me a little uncomfortable .but over all this house was great and my stay was great

Wonderful Property

This property was absolutely perfect. Matter of fact so perfect we have already booked it again for next year. Location was great. Only approximately 4 miles from OC board walk, great community to enjoy evening walks, we spent most of our time enjoying the screen in porch. Our children thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the canal with the friendly ducks and catching crabs. The bathrooms are updated with large showers. Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. WE LOVED IT! See you next year!

Awesomeness!

1st family vaca didnt turn out like we hoped with one being in hospital the entire stay. However the house was perfect. Enough room to be homey, the kiddies could be outside in the sunroom and men enjoyed the canal for crabbing n other creatures. The neighborhood was quiet, perfect and close to stores. The neighbors were also friendly and nice! I truly believe the house is what made saved our vaca! Would love to try again and stay here!

Awesome time!!!

My wife and I rented the house for a long weekend to enjoy time with our kids and step kids (ages 9-27). We were less than 10 minutes from the beach and boardwalk. We also had several good restaurants and shops (food store, liquor store) within a mile of the house. The house was big enough to accommodate 10 people easily. We enjoyed fishing/crabbing off the dock in back, cooking on the bar bq, and hours of talking and laughing in the large open floor plan first floor kitchen/living room. We will be back next year!!

Perfect

We go to ocean city every year, and every year we've tried different houses or hotels.. this place is perfect, though.. no one fought over the rooms because they are all big with comfortable beds and new furniture.. it's close to the boardwalk and beaches with a canal right in the back yard and an outdoor shower. The house has a perfect layout with open kitchen and living room and the bedrooms are nice and private. I really cant think of anything I would change.. I've already booked it for next year. Best vacation and best vacation house we've ever had.. we can't wait to go back! You definitely won't regret staying here.. the only problem is you really won't want to leave 😂.

Great house and trip can't wait to do it again!

House is much bigger than it looks from the street. Great layout for larger groups with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Great access having its own private concrete boat ramp to the canal and any jetskis or boat up to 25 ft should have no problem putting in or getting out. Great dock to tie up the boat and good access to the bay in a centeral area allowing tons of restaurants and bars accessible by boat. Also great area to access restaurants beach etc by car with little time to get to the boardwalk. Plenty of parking in front and next to house to fit large groups. Neighbors were amazing! Great back yard area and screened in porch area as well as a fantastic outdoor shower area thay was great coming off the boat. Highly recommend and will be back with our family of all ages often.

A week full of ants and flies and no garbage pick up

House seemed clean and just like pictures. However, between all my different texts and emails I had nothing but confusion about garbage pickup. 3 different communications and instructions posted at house and they were all different. Garbage was never picked up and can was running over. Also, house needs an exterminator !! There were ants in nearly every room. They found food as soon as it was left out even for a short period of time. Don’t think I’ll return

Clean

Place was clean. Easy chicking in and put. Kitchen well equipped. Only a few issues about the management. Two bags of dirty laundry sat on the front steps the whole time. Guessing from previous guests. No hand soaps in all of the bathrooms. Received a phone call stating the front door locks battery was going dead and that a tech would be showing up to replace batteries. 2 days later after we had already checked out I receive a phone call from the tech asking when was a good time for him to come change the batteries. Also all the tvs did not have remotes. Other then that very nice place my family had a great time.
