”Very clean, two minute to the beach, and very nice pool! Only downside is no wi-fi and you can't hook up a console or streaming device to watch streaming apps. Also wish there was more parking. Thankfully we were always able to get to a spot before it was full but late night goers may struggle. Definitely a nice spot for those who don't care about that stuff and close to the beach.”

”Elevators so slow they are a hazard. Broken dryer on one laundry level, only 2 dryers in the building. I was set up in a dirty room, room 420. When I checked in I was wearing a dispensary shirt, I may have been discriminated against because they assumed something because of my shirt. I called before checkout to request a luggage trolley, the desk clerk claimed she was the only employee and there was no one to bring me one, I had to hand carry my luggage down. Never again here. ”The entire 2nd floor smelled like mildew as the upstairs indoor air conditioner must have been broken. Appliance we’re up to date, and bathroom was terrible… Spoke to the front desk attendant and he said there was no other rooms available We checked in at 4pm and checked out at 8pm as we couldn’t deal with the room/building conditions”

”This place was a let down. The rooms and beds aren't as described or advertised. Was given the wrong room, and had to really advocate to get the correct one. Front staff was as helpful as they could be in a bad situation. Key cards wouldnt work and had to go to the office multiple times to get them working. TV was broken in the first room. TV in second room turned on but didnt change channels with the 2 remotes we were given. I'm all for staying at a place that isn't perfect but this place...

The staff was nice especially Mike. And for the most part the pricing was affordable for the location. I will be returning in the future.”

”From check in to check out was excellent. The grounds and facility is beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the oceanfront view is absolutely stunning. The pool was warm and the gym was perfect to get the job done. I will definitely come back with the family.”

”Second year here. Being one of the cheapest hotels in OC (or atleast when I booked) it is great for the price. We had a very clean room with a good variety of breakfast items. There was a pool, arcade, gym, and computer. Kind staff”
