Bedroom Three: Two single beds, built-in robe, ceiling fan.
Bathroom: Split design – part one features a bath and vanity; part two, accessible from the main bedroom, includes a large shower, vanity, and toilet. A separate toilet is also available.




Living & Dining:



Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with air conditioning.
Smart TV and Wi-Fi throughout.
Wraparound deck for indoor-outdoor living.

🚫 Not suitable for Schoolies, hens, or bucks parties.
🔞 Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
🚗 Please follow all parking guidelines provided.

🕒 Check-in: From 3:00 PM
🕙 Check-out: By 10:00 AM

⏳ Late check-out is subject to approval and fees apply.
💲 $110 per hour will be charged for unauthorized late departure.

🔥 BBQ cleaned after use (or $100 fee applies)

🚮 Excess rubbish must be removed
🛋️ Furniture returned to original position
🏡 Property left clean and tidy

🚭 SMOKING & PROHIBITED ITEMS
🚫 No smoking inside
💲 $400 penalty for smoking

🚫 No illicit drugs permitted
🚫 No intoxicated or disruptive guests allowed

🛠️ ACCESS & LIABILITY
🔧 You must allow access for repairs/maintenance when required
