”Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience.”

”The host was very nice and helpful, especially going out of her way to provide birthday decorations, which was appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected the stay. The towels were unusable, the shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor, and there’s no place in the shower to keep soap or washcloths other than the floor. The bedrooms are very bare, with no place to store luggage aside from the bed or floor. The lack of basic functionality in several areas made the stay...
