Nestled in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, At Last offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it the ideal destination for family vacations, romantic getaways, or fun-filled trips with friends. This stunning beach house features 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 beautifully designed bathrooms, providing ample space for your entire group to relax and unwind.

Step inside and be greeted by a spacious and inviting den on the first floor, complete with a queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, and access to a large deck – perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Whether you're enjoying time indoors or stepping outside, you'll love the private salt water pool and outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day on the beach. Fire up the propane grill and host an unforgettable BBQ at the tiki bar, all while soaking up the laid-back coastal vibe.

The second floor is where you'll find the heart of the home – a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy main living area, and a large dining space that seats up to 14 people. The deck off the second floor invites you to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and incredible views.

No detail has been overlooked at "At Last." Each of the five bedrooms comes with its own Smart TV, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows and movies in comfort. We've made your stay even easier by providing all linens and bath towels, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip without the hassle.

The beach is just a short 5 minute walk away, and with our prime location, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and all the best attractions Ocean Isle Beach has to offer. For your days on the sand, we've included beach essentials, making it easy for you to enjoy your time in the sun.

BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:

Room 1: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds

Room 2: King with a private bath

The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen.

Second Floor-

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

It is a very nice property. The pool is a good size and clean.The floor plan worked good for my family of 12 that stayed.The beds are very firm. I would recommend a bed topper if you like a softer bed.
