Just across the street from the beach, this spacious 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom home is perfect for your family vacation.

Each bedroom and main living area features smart TVs so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. The outdoor decks are furnished for relaxation, while the lower-level living area includes a foosball table that converts to a pool, hockey, and ping pong for added fun. We provide all linens and bath towels to help you pack light, and an elevator makes it easy for everyone to move around the home.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, with two ovens, two full-size refrigerators/freezers, and two dishwashers, giving you ample space to prepare meals after a day at the beach.

With a private pool, outdoor shower, and tiki bar, you may never want to leave the house, but for your days in the sand, we've included all the beach essentials you'll need, including chairs, umbrellas, and toys, for effortless outings.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at the end of Greensboro st. Just come out the house and take a right onto E Second St., then take a left onto Greensboro st. Follow Greensboro st to the end and you are there! Approximately a 3 minute walk.

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
