OIB Lovin 'Life - Askeleen päässä merestä!

OIB Lovinin elämä - Saalisäteet kauniilta avoimelta kannelta yläkerrassa tai nauti varjoisista, rentouttavista päivistä merelle päin peitetyllä kannella. Kotimme on muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta. Kuvittele päiväsi menemällä roiskealtaalta merelle ja takaisin. Kotimme on saaren toivottavassa länsipäässä. Pääkerroksessa on tilava avoin olohuone ja keittiö pohjaratkaisu, joka sopii erinomaisesti perheen kokoontumiseen. Illasta yhdessä mukavasti ruokapöydässämme, johon mahtuu kymmenen, ja leveästä keittiöbaarista, johon mahtuu kuusi.

Viisi makuuhuonetta ja viisi kylpyhuonetta mahtuvat ryhmääsi. Kaksi makuuhuonetta (kuningatar, kaksi tuplaa) ovat pääkerroksessa sekä kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Ihanteellinen perheen / ystävien yksityisyydelle. Yläkerrassa on kolme makuuhuonetta (kuningas ja yksi, kaksi tuplaa kahdessa muussa). Kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet toimitetaan avuksesi. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaapeli-tv.

Mukavuuksiin kuuluu oma uima-allas, suljettu kuuma ja kylmä ulkosuihku, keskuslämmitys ja -ilma, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, tehosekoitin, silitysrauta / -lauta, kaikki keittiövälineet, syöttötuoli, kaksi istuimen istuinta, portaat-sänky, DVD-soitin , kattotuuletin ja turvallinen Wi-Fi. Äskettäin uusitussa keittiössä on kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet.

Fantastic Stay!

Loved our stay in this home and already booked it again for next year. The house is a great size and fit for our family. Communication with Larry, the owner, was superb. Beach memories 2024

Enjoyed our 2nd year renting this home. Homeowners are excellent to work with. The house is a perfect fit for our family. We love the front porch where we spent all of our evenings. Easy walk to the beach and a beautiful refreshing pool. We will definitely rent again when returning to OIB!

Fantastic

We rented this house to facilitate a ladies yoga vacation getaway. There were 8 of us between the ages of 55 and 80. The home was spectacular, immaculately clean and well appointed. The host was amazing, super accommodating, and accessible. The nearby beach access was literally 1 min walk away. We did yoga at the beach, on the upper deck and on the porch. There was plenty of space inside for all our other activities, including discussion groups and art work. The pool was lovely and we had one Soundbath around the pool and one on the upper deck. This host incidentally was one of the few who allowed unrelated groups to stay in his home and he truly went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success. We are extremely grateful to our host Larry and his wife for making this beautiful venue available to us.

Amazing stay and location, besides false advertising

My stay was great!! So close to beach and amazing property even nicer than the pictures show. More place than I thought very clean. The only thing is there was no hot tub as listed, the outdoor shower did not work, and the hot water only lasted about 2 people to shower each day which is rough when there is 15 of us. Other than that I would come back!!!

Our family enjoyed this great home. Cooked for the holiday and walked on the beach. This home is clean, well equipped, and maintained. We went to the parade in OIB. Such fun!

Fantastic Girls Trip

The OIB Lovin" Life house was perfect for our girls' trip. We enjoyed hanging at the pool and relaxing on the front porches. It is really close to the beach access for daily beach walks. The house was clean and well maintained. The communication with the owner was always quick and easy.

Great week vacation with family

The property was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for the 14 adults. Beach was right across the street but spent most of the time in the pool. A short walk to ice cream, restaurants and mini golf. Quick trip over the bridge to more restaurants and Publix. Already planning another trip!!!

We had such a wonderful day at Larry’s beach house. Another parent and I co-chaperoned beach week for our high school graduates, and the house was everything we needed and more. Truly, the pictures do not do the home justice. The house was immaculate when we got there, the kitchen is probably the best-stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! We tried to come up with a kitchen tool that he didn’t have, and we failed. The location is great, walking distance to putt putt, shops, and restaurants but far enough away that once you’re at the house, you’re completely away from the crowd. Beach access was easy peasy, and the pool was a great afternoon respite. Larry was super responsive whenever I had a question, and when we realized the grill was out of propane, he was there within 10 minutes.

Beach trip 2023

OIB Lovin’ Life was the best vacation home for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The beach chair wagon was much appreciated. The pool was clean and very inviting after a day at the beach. Our favorite place to be was the huge front deck. We started our day off drinking coffee and ended each day together rocking and enjoying the view and each other. The Wright’s were a pleasure to work with and we thank them for opening their home to us. They were quick to respond to any question we had. We are already looking forward to planning our trip for next year!

Girl’s Weekend at OIB

We truly enjoyed our stay at OIB Lovin Life. We had a group of 11 ladies for our Annual Girl’s Weekend and felt right at home. The house is welcoming and in the perfect spot so we can enjoy OIB. It is updated, beautiful and clean. The owner is quick to communicate with us each time we have stayed here. We will stay here again!

Perfect Birthday Celebration Getaway

We selected OIB Lovin’ Life for my son’s 40th week long birthday celebration based on the space and amenities it offered for our group of 8. We loved the location and relaxed atmosphere in OIB and Larry’s property did not disappoint! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the sleeping and bath accommodations were comfortable and private. Larry the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The front facing decks, perfect size pool and relatively close beach access were all enjoyed. Proximity to restaurants and activities was fantastic… we rented a golf cart which made it even more fun! Would highly recommend!
