POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE (Sept 15th-May 15th) FOR $100/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED, Plus Taxes & Fees). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Old Man by the Sea is a gorgeous 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home that offers space and luxury for you and your family to regroup and recharge! This home is located on the Jinx Creek River, has incredible marsh views, and is the perfect place to watch the infamous Ocean Isle sunrises and sunsets.

This family-friendly retreat is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the master also has a standalone tub for easy access for all family members! We provide all linens and bath towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip.

From its private pool and smaller relaxation pool with an amazing view of the Jinx Creek River, to the spacious backyard area where the kids can run around and play, the outdoor space of this home will quickly have you falling in love! An outdoor shower makes cleaning up from the beach a breeze.
The house is also located in "The Resort of OIB," which grants you access to a beautiful oceanfront clubhouse and pool, private beach access, private bath, and crab dock all within a five-minute walk from the property!

Our prime location offers easy access to shopping and the pristine beach, allowing you to explore and enjoy the area with ease. For your days on the sand, we've included all the beach essentials you'll need, such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys, making your beach outings effortless and fun. BEACH ACCESS: The closest public beach access is Shelby Street, a 4 minute walk.

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the garage/driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
