Koti on huippuluokan keittiö, ruokailutila, suuri huone / perhehuone avoimella konseptisuunnittelulla. Ruokapöydän istuimet 10 mukavasti ja 6 voivat syödä suurella keittiön saarella.
Etukuistilta on upeat näkymät merelle ja tarpeeksi tilaa ja istumapaikkoja koko perheelle asettaakseen ja nauttimaan!
Pääsy rannalle on diagonaalinen ja suoraan kadun toisella puolella omaisuutta helpoille rantapäiville, jotka vietetään nauttien aalloista ja suolaisesta ilmasta!
Lisätty on myös oma uima-allas.
Vain pieni tieto peruskorjauksestamme ....
Kaikki peruskorjaukset ja uima-allas valmistuivat kesäkuussa 2018. Tutustu tehtyihin huippuluokan päivityksiin ja näe kaikki huippuluokan viimeistelyt loppuun asti. Lisäsimme myös kaksi kerrossänkyä, joissa molemmissa yksi queen-size-vuode ja täysi yläosa !! Jokaisessa kerrossängyssä on LED-lukuvalo sängyn päällä !!
Kahdessa etusivun sviitissä on king-size-vuoteet ja oma kylpyhuone. Kahdessa takana olevassa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode yhdessä ja toisessa kokonaan kytkettynä Jackin ja Jillin kylpyhuoneisiin. Yhteensä 6 makuuhuonetta. Kaikissa 4 kylpyhuoneessa on täysin kaakeloitu suihku tai kylpyamme.
Kodin alla on mukava ulkosuihku ja oleskelualue rentoutua auringon ulkopuolella tai iltatunneilla ja tuntea valtameren tuulta.

The perfect place!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at One of a Kind Home. The home works for all ages, young and old. The home is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The home is extremely clean and all appliances are top notch. The pool is perfect and access to the beach is ADA so very helpful with little ones. Rhonda is a great owner. She responds quickly to any questions or problems. One of a Kind Home is a 20 on scale of 1-10.

A wonderful beach home in a great location! This most attractive gem of a home is open, airy, and bright with spacious living, dining, & kitchen areas and wonderful outdoor areas & amenities. Easter break 2025

We had 4 coupleson this trip. The guys golfed and the ladies had pletty of beach time. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was great for hanging out. The area under the house by the pool was grat for cornhole and ping pong. Our only complaint was the gas grill needs to be upgraded. grat house!

This property is beautifully decorated, well stocked and a great location. Took a group of teens who enjoyed the downstairs hang area and the parents enjoyed the deck! Easy walk to the beach with many beach amenities available for use. Owner very responsive to questions and checked in to make sure we were having a great stay.

Beautiful home, great location

The home was every bit as nice, spacious, and clean is in the photos! The price was incredibly reasonable. We were in town for a wedding and the venue was right across the street, so the location was perfect for us. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which we took advantage of! Love this house

The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the front porch and the grands loved the pool. The large front windows bring light and cheer. Not only is the beach access a quick walk but no stairs make it easy to get your beach gear across the wooden path. We hope to come again. Rhonda is a wonderful host.

GREAT VACATION EXPERIENCE!

Our family spent another great week in Ocean Isle. The house is set up perfectly with six bedrooms to accommodate our family needs. We enjoyed returning from the beach and relaxing by the swimming pool each day. Beach access is extremely easy because of the house location. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for, including a double oven. Our teens enjoyed using the bikes available in the garage. Rhonda, the owner, checked in often with us to make sure our trip was going well. We will be returning again in 2025!

Gem of a home in OIB

This is the second time we have had the joy of staying at this house. It is such a great beach house- the kitchen is well stocked, the rooms comfortable and it’s a great layout for our family. Very clean . Great house for gathering with family. Good floor plan with large open space in the middle , bedrooms on both sides. Well equipped kitchen. Nice home with great location

The home was very nice and the pool was a big hit. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and the beach was wonderful. The home was well equipped with everything you may need and the bedrooms were perfect for our 11 total guests. Rhonda checked in on us often by text to make sure everything was OK. Vacation stay could not have been better.

Family wedding stay

The property is well-laid out with easy access to the beach. Our family was relaxed and comfortable in the space - often it's peacefulness proved an oasis from wedding venue preparations. We are table tennis fans and much fun was had playing together! Rhonda was very responsive throughout our stay and surprised us with going well out of her way to alleviate our wedding logistics issues. We remain grateful for her support!

Mom and sons trip

Fantastic location, plenty of room and clean, comfortable accommodations. Teenage boys loved the pool, ping pong, bikes and board games. Moms loved the big kitchen and front porch to relax! Owner incredibly responsive and checked in multiple times to ensure we were happy with our stay. Would absolutely recommend and plan to use again in the future.

Annual “Girls” Trip

This was a great vacation home for several of us elder gals for our annual get-together! Good location with easy beach access and a pool in the back with several chaise loungers for relaxing. Well appointed interior and kitchen accessories. Best of all was that everything is on one level!

Great House!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Property owner was great and answered all our questions. We loved having all the bedrooms on one level. We also loved having access to all the beach chairs, wagon, toys and bikes. The beach access was nice and close, too. We plan to return!

We loved the home - very comfortably appointed and all rooms on one floor. The only problem encountered was the main tv in the home kept having connection problems with the internet. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

SUPER RENTAL

This property was perfect for our family. The house location was great, only a short walk to the beach entrance. There was plenty of space on the beach and the water was great for all ages. Many amenities were provided and available for our use. Having a pool was a wonderful addition compared to our prior rentals. Our younger adults enjoyed Corn Hole competitions and using the available bikes. Both inside and outside the house were so many places to sit and relax. Thank you, Rhonda, for being responsive to our needs and we’ll see your rental again in 2024.

This is a great property with a fantastic location.

The house is set up so everybody can enjoy meals, games, TV, and conversation together but also have privacy just a few steps away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a lot of seating for family meals. The house is also tastefully decorated with colors and items that give it a beachy feel. This is an A+ property.
