Great family vacation house

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this house!! The rooms and dining/living spaces were all huge and well appointed with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, chairs etc. The pool and deck were amazing as well! Had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Great oceanfront beach home

We rented this property to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. Its 8 bedrooms comfortably slept all 22 of us and the property is spectacular. It's just a short walk to the ocean, and the property's private pool was a bonus for small kids and big adults. The rental agency was great to work with as well.

Comfortable Family Hang out

very comfortable, kitchen incredibly fitted out -- we only ordered out once, cooked all other meals, three times a day. No fights in the kitchen because there's two of everything! Also great for family games! We could easily assemble comfortably in living room. Perfect seating arrangments. Great outdoor space for hanging out all together

Family Gathering

Great oceanfront location. Large bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was well appointed. We had trouble with the heating of the pool and getting the management to believe us and the maintenance person to fix it correctly. The elevator was always on the fritz but they came each time we called about that. Wear sandals on the deck because our little ones got splinters from the wood decking.

Great house

When we arrived, the master bathrooms did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. Wifi was spotty inside the house, and non-existent on the porch and by the pool. However, the house overall was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! The location was fantastic and we loved all of the outdoor seating by the pool and on the porches. We would definitely rent again.

Best vacation home

We had a great time at this house. The access to the beach was perfect. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We loved being able to have our six kids, several of their spouses and seven grandchildren all together in the same house. Everyone had the space they needed. It was a very comfortable house. The response to maintenance concerns was fantastic. The maintenance people were very efficient and very friendly. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and we are very impressed with how you do things. Thank you so much!

Beautiful family vacation

We were a family group of 12 adults and 2 toddlers The house was spectacular- plenty of space for us to gather- fully stocked so very easy for our chefs to come and cook- amenities like pool and beachfront location kept us cool and comfy on hot summer days. Lots of indoor space and lots of outdoor space which was well stocked with pool and beach- more deck chairs than can be seen from photos; pool and beach chairs and toys and noodles making our family time extra fun

Super for large groups

Loved the house, a gorgeous view sunrise to sunset, comfy beds, everything was as expected. Had one small issue and the property manager was great. The kitchen was FANTASTIC for a full Thanksgiving feast. Two of absolutely everything (well, except for measuring cups. Could only find one of those) made meal prep/eating in super easy! Would definitely rent again. Great house! Great location!

Great Property!

This house is wonderful! Equipped with everything you could possibly want. The spacious outdoor areas were great for eating a meal or having a drink and watching the ocean. The ground level had parking room for at least nine cars. Some slight issues of our own doing were handled immediately by management. I can’t wait to stay at this property again!

Birthday Weekend-Couples Getaway

The property was beautiful!!!! We loved the layout of the house. There was enough space for everyone in and outdoor. We loved the outdoor space with so many sitting options. The only issue was the bbq grills were not clean. Built up grease....We had an issue with the elevator but the response for maintenance was on point. No matter what time of day or night I contacted property manager with random questions, a reply was given within minutes. We loved the easy check in with the keyless entry. There were more than enough dishes, kitchen appliances and supplies for a starter kit. We had the best sleep ever while on vacation. The beds were heavenly! I am trying to find an excuse to go back!

Beach week

Rooms were large and roomy , love all the room in pantry and kitchen , location was lovely. Need a new can opener , housekeeping left a bit to be desired ( floor in kitchen and dining was bad , I mopped it and it can use a deep cleaning )

Great vacation home.

Great house, plenty of beds and baths. Kitchen had everything you would need and plenty of it. All of the furnishings were very nice. This is the 6th year we have had a family vacation at OIB and this is the best house so far. I highly recommend this home.

Mahjong Ladies Beach Trip

The house was beautiful and met all of our needs! The kitchen was well equipped and all of the beds were made and plenty of towels were provided. We liked the house & location so much that we have already reserved it for the same week next year!

Well-maintained home, great location

My extended family stayed in this house last week and we were all very happy with it. The house was clean and comfortable. The porch and pool furniture was in good condition, as were the grills and the pool. One of the stoves did not work, but they were there within an hour of our call and fixed the problem. Overall a very good experience.
