**Two of the home's bedrooms are located downstairs in a separate guest/in-law suite rather than within the main upstairs living area.** This downstairs space functions as its own private suite and includes a separate lounge area with a TV and kitchenette.

Because the downstairs bedrooms are part of this separate suite, guests staying there have additional privacy from the main portion of the home. **Please keep this layout in mind when determining sleeping arrangements, particularly for families traveling with young children.**
