House Rules

• Up to 2 dogs allowed (fees apply)

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM

• No smoking or vaping

• Guests must be 21+ to book and present during stay

• Max occupancy: 4 guests

• Condo is located on a main road—convenient but may have occasional traffic noise

Guest Access:

Guests will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival. The entire condo and private deck are exclusively yours during your stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available should you need any assistance during your stay.

• We take cleanliness seriously—this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay.

• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
